PERAN WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PERAWAT

Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan tiga skala yaitu skala work engagement, skala work-family conflict, dan skala dukungan sosial. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 86 perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit X, Yogyakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderasi dari Baron dan Kenny (1986). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict menurunkan work engagement dan dukungan sosial berperan sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara work-family conflict dan work engagement. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating role that social support play in the relationship between work-family conflict and work engagement. Data was collected using three scales, namely work engagement scale, work-family conflict scale, and social supoort scale. Subjects in this study consisted of 86 female nurses at X Hospital, Yogyakarta. Data is analyzed by moderated regression analysis of Baron and Kenny (1986). Result shows that work-family conflict negatively predicts work engagement and social support is able to moderate the relationship between work-family conflict and work engagement.
