ANALISA GANGGUAN KERJA DAN PERAWATAN MOTOR HIDROLIK PADA WINCH SYSTEM UNIT ROUGH TERRAIN CRANE GR-300EX DI PUSDIKLAT MIGAS CEPU

Winch adalah komponen penting dari Rough Terrain Crane. Winch berfungsi untuk menggulung kawat crane yang digerakkan oleh motor hidrolik. Ada banyak masalah terjadi pada motor hidrolik seperti motor hidrolik berputar karena beban saat beroperasi. Metode penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data bersumber dari literatur, penelitian kerusakan pada winch, pengalaman mekanik dan foreman. Data tersebut dapat membantu analisa masalah. Ada banyak penyebab kegagalan kerja pada motor hidrolik seperti proses pengereman rusak. Pengereman rusak karena brake release pressure tidak aktif atau kerusakan pada inner parts. Perawatan pada motor hidrolik sangat penting. Ada dua macam perawatan yaitu periodic inspection dan periodic maintenance. Periodic inspection dilakukan setiap 100 jam kerja. Periodic maintenance dilakukan setiap 300 jam kerja, 600 jam kerja dan 1200 jam kerja. Hasil menunjukkan dengan adanya perawatan yang dilakukan meliputi periodic inspection dan periodic maintenance dapat mencegah kerusakan pada winch Rough Terrain Crane GR-300EX dan pengetahuan tentang maintenance membuat proses analisa dan melakukan troubleshooting yang dilakukan dapat dilakukan dengan tepat.

Winch device is the main component of Rough Terrain Crane. Winch device has function to roll wire of crane which it's driven by hydraulic motor. There are many operational problems of hydraulic motor such as hydraulic motor is rotated by load during operating. The study methods are the collecting data from many literatures, the observation of winch device damages, the experienced mechanics and foreman. It could help investigate the problems. There is many probable cause of faulty hydraulic motor such as mechanical brake has not acted. It is because brake release pressure does not come off completely or many damages on inner parts. Hydraulic motor's maintenance is important. There are two maintenance types. They are periodic inspection and periodic maintenance. Periodic inspection is done every 100 hours work. Periodic maintenance is done every 300 hours work, 600 hours work and 1200 hours work. The results indicate the presence of treatments performed include periodic inspection and periodic service to prevent the damage to the winch device Rough Terrain Crane GR-300EX and knowledge of maintenance make the process of analysis and perform troubleshooting that can be done.
