Lahan merupakan sumberdaya alam yang sangat penting bagi manusia, lahan sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia, lahan dapat digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal, kegiatan usaha maupun kegiatan sosial. Oleh karena itu di butuhkan informasi mengenai zonasi harga lahan untuk membantu pihak yang membutuhkan informasi tentang harga lahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Gondokusuman dengan tujuan untuk memetakan parameter-parameter penentu harga lahan dan memetakan estimasi harga lahan di Kecamatan Gondokusuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode interpretasi visual citra Digital Globe WorldView 2 untuk mendapatkan data penggunaan lahan yang dijadikan salah satu input untuk memetakan estimasi harga lahan. Data yang didapat dari penggunaan lahan yaitu data aksesibilitas lahan positif, dan aksesibilitas lahan negatif. Data kelengkapan utilitas diambil dari data sekunder. Semua variabel di skor dan di overlay untuk mendapatkan estimasi harga lahan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini berupa Peta Penggunaan Lahan Kecamatan Gondokusuman, Peta Aksesibilitas Lahan Positif Kecamatan Gondokusuman, Peta Kelengkapan Utilitas Kecamatan Gondokusuman, Peta Aksesibilitas Lahan Negatif Kecamatan Gondokusuman dan Peta Estimasi Harga Lahan Kecamatan Gondokusuman. Dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Citra WorldView2 dapat memberikan informasi untuk interpretasi penggunaan lahan yang dijadikan input untuk estimasi harga lahan dengan ketelitian interpretasi sebesar 92.36%. Di Kecamatan Gondokusuman harga lahan tinggi merupakan harga lahan paling dominan dengan persentase 59.18%. Harga lahan tinggi mempunyai harga lebih dari Rp. 7.000.000 /m². Harga lahan tinggi terletak disebagian besar Kelurahan Terban, Klitren dan Kota Baru. Sedangkan harga lahan rendah menjadi yang paling sedikit dengan persentase 3.13%. Harga lahan rendah berkisar dibawah Rp. 2.500.000/m². Sebagian besar harga lahan rendah terletak dekat sungai dan rel kereta api di Kelurahan Baciro.

Land is the nature resources that very important for human being, its very required by human being. To meet the needs of human being, lands is to be used for living, business activities, and social activities. Therefore, it to be requered the information about the land price zone. This research is conducted at Gondokusuman district in purposes to map the parameters determinants the land price, and to map the estimation land price at Gondokusuman district. This research use the visual interpretation satelit image Digital Globe WorldView 2 methode to derive the land used which is used as one of the input to map the estimation land price. The data that available from the land used is the accessibility positive land data, and the accessibility negative land. The utility completeness data is taken from secondary data. All the variables in the score and in overlay to drive the estimation land price. The result of this research is in the form of the Map of Land Used of Gondokusuman District. The Map of Accessibility Positive Land of Gondokusuman District, the Map of the Utility Completeness of Gondokusuman District, The Map of Accessibility Negative Land of Gondokusuman District, and the Map of the Estimation Land Price of Gondokusuman District. From this research conclud that the satelit image WorldView 2 can give the information for the interpretation of land used created the input of estimation land price with the interpretation accuracy in the amount of 92,36%. At Gondokusuman district, the high land price is most dominant land price with the percentage 59.18%. The high land price is more than Rp 7,000,000 /m². The high land price is largely at Terban, Klitren and Kota Baru village. Whereas the low land price become the least with the percentage 3.13%. the low land price is about under Rp2.500.000/m². The low land price largely near by the river and railroads at Baciro village.
