Selain menyimpan dokumen rekam medik, Unit Kerja Rekam Medik bertugas mengkoordinir penerimaan rekam medik serta berbagai kegiatan statistik dan penyajian informasi. Dengan demikian di Unit Kerja Rekam Medik membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang tidak sedikit dan tentunya berkompeten di bidangnya agar kegiatan pengelolaan rekam medik dapat berjalan lancar. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada Kepala Rekam Medik RSUD Prambanan pada saat studi pendahuluan, diperoleh beberapa masalah di UKRM RSUD Prambanan. Adapun salah satunya dari masalah tersebut adalah kurangnya SDM yang pada akhirnya menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan baru dan berakibat pada tidak tertibnya administrasi. Tujuan : Menghitung kebutuhan jumlah SDM pada Unit Kerja Rekam Medik berdasarkan beban kerja dengan metode WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) di RSUD Prambanan. Metode Penelitian : Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan SDM berdasarkan beban kerja dengan metode WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) di UKRM RSUD Prambanan. Adapun penelitian yang dilakukan selama 4 bulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross Sectional dimana menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap kegiatan tenaga kerja rekam medic. Hasil : Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) maka dapat diketahui waktu kerja yang tersedia (WKT) di UKRM RSUD Prambanan adalah sebanyak 293,5 hari kerja/tahun atau 1.761 jam/tahun. Dan dapat diperoleh nilai standar beban kerja (SBK) di masing-masing sub unit kerja. Dari variabel tersebut diperoleh hasil akhir berupa kebutuhan tenaga kerja di UKRM RSUD Prambanan yaitu sebanyak 8, 776 orang, dan dibulatkan menjadi 9 orang. Human Resource Needs Analysis based on WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) Methode at the Medica Record Work Unit of Prambanan General Hospital In 2012 By : Aris Munandar ABSTRACT Background: Health care facilities that perform outpatient and inpatient care have to make the medical record. In addition, to save medical records documents, Medical Records Work Unit in charge of coordinating the receipt of medical records and a variety of statistical activities and presentation of information. To do that, in the Medical Record ware Unit requires human resources who have competencies in their fields so that medical records management activities can run smoothly. Based on interviews conducted to the Chief of Medical Records of Prambanan General Hospital at the time of the preliminary study, some problem obtained in. As one of those problems is the lack of human resources, which in turn raises some new problems and results in no orderly administration. Purpose: To Calculate the amount of Human Resource needs in of Medical Record work Unit based on WISN method (Staffing Need Workload Indicator) in Prambanan General Hospitals. Methods: In this study, the authors calculated the Human needs based on workload with WISN method (Staffing Need Workload Indicator) in Medical Record Work Unit of Prambanan General Hospitals. The research carried out for 4 months. This research is a descriptive cross-sectional quantitative approach which uses saturated samples. Primary data were obtained by observing the activities in the Medical Record Work Unit. Results: The results of the calculation using the method of WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) it can be seen that available working time (AWT) in Medical Record Work Unit of Prambanan General Hospital is as much as 293.5 working days / year or 1,761 hours / year. The workload standard value (SBK) obstained in each sub-unit of work. The final result of the need for labor in Human Resource Work Unit of Medical Record Prambanan General Hospitals as many as 8. 776 people, or equivalent to 9 people.
