Alat Parut Kelapa Berbasis Mikrokontroler

Tujuan pembuatan proyek akhir ini adalah untuk mendapatkan suatu alat yang berfungsi sebagai pemarut bahan kelapa, yang diharapkan bisa menggantikan alat parut kelapa tradisional. Rancangan alat ini terdiri dari modul Mikrokontroller ATMega16 sebagai pengelola data, LCD 2x16, Relay, Sensor Photodioda, dan Motor AC. Prinsip kerja alat ini adalah sebagai pemarut bahan kelapa yang berfungsi secara semi otomatis dan dengan pengoperasian yang sederhana. Ketika sensor photodioda bagian atas mendeteksi adanya benda pendorong bahan kelapa, maka akan membuat relay aktif dan membuat motor bekerja. Apabila benda pendorong bahan kelapa sudah sampai di sensor bagian bawah maka relay akan memutus aliran dan motor akan berhenti dengan sendirinya. Hasil dari proyek akhir ini menunjukkan alat parut kelapa telah dapat bekerja sesuai dengan harapan, dan dapat menjadi alternatif alat pengganti parutan kelapa tradisional untuk rumah tangga dan industri kecil.

The goal from this final project is for get a tool of grated coconut , as can be alternative than traditional grated tool. The planning of this instrument consist ATMega16 Microcontroller as file organizer, LCD 2x16, relay, photodiode, AC Motor. The Work principle of this tool is as grated coconut with semi automatic function and simple operation. When the photodiode top sensor detect booster object of coconut, it will make relay active and rotate the motor. When the booster objects on the photodiode bottom sensor, it will make relay disconnect the flow and stop the motor. The results of this final project show the tool grated coconut has worked like the prospect, and can be an alternative to the traditional coconut grater replacement tool for household and small industries.
