ANALISIS BETON CETAK EKSPOSE UNTUK EFISIENSI PEKERJAAN FINISHING

Beton cetak ekspose adalah jenis beton yang memiliki permukaan yang baik dan halus secara visual untuk berbagai tujuan. Pada dasarnya "ekspose" yang dimaksud adalah hasil permukaan beton dibiarkan alami tanpa sentuhan tambahan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui alur pembuatan beton ekspose, mengkaji pelaksanaan percobaan pembuatan beton ekspose yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan magang, juga untuk mengetahui keuntungan penggunaan beton ekspose untuk hasil permukaan yang lebih halus dan lebih efisien. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pelaksanaan percobaan pembuatan beton cetak ekspose yang dilaksanakan oleh Plant Readymix Cibitung pada 26 April 2014. Hasil percobaan yang didapatkan tidak mendapatkan hasil beton cetak ekspose yang diharapkan. Ini dapat dilihat dari kerusakan permukaan yang terjadi. Ini dikarenakan banyak penyimpangan pelaksanaan produksi. Hasil percobaan ini kemudian dikaji untuk menemukan penyimpangan yang terjadi pada percobaan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan beton ekspose perlu ketelitian dalam pelaksaan produksi beton. Ketelitian dalam pelaksanaan akan menghasilkan beton cetak ekspose yang efisien untuk digunakan pada struktur beton.

Exposed precast concrete is a kind of concrete variety which visually has a fine facade surface for some variety purpose. Basically, "exposed" in here means keeping the concrete surface on its natural condition without additional treatment. This research purposes are to discover the steps of exposed concrete implementation, analyse the experiment of making a exposed concrete that held on the internship program, and also to know the advantages of exposed concrete application for providing a finer and more efficient concrete surface. The experiment constituted by the exposed precast concrete trial held by Plant Readymix Cibitung on April, 26th 2014. The trail resulted an exposed concrete precast concrete which is not relevant with the plan before. It can be observed by defects resulted which is resulted at the surface of the concrete. It happens because of the irrelevancy at the concrete implementation trial. Then the result is being analysed to find the irrelevancy that occured on trial. The conclusion of this research is to get a good exposed concrete need a precision for the concrete production. The precision on the implementation will result an efficient exposed precast concrete to be used at a concrete structure.
