KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA TANI DI KECAMATAN IMOGIRI KABUPATEN BANTUL

PERTANIAN (AGROBISNIS)INTISARI KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA TANI DI KECAMATAN IMOGIRI KABUPATEN BANTUL Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui besarnya pangsa pengeluaran pangan rumah tangga tani, (2) menghitung persentase konsumsi energi rumah tangga tani, (3) menganalisis kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga tani dan (4) menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga tani di Kecamatan Imogiri Kabupaten Bantul. Metode dasar dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana yaitu 40 sampel rumah tangga petani di Kecamatan Imogiri Kabupaten Bantul. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis pangsa pengeluaran pangan, perhitungan tingkat konsumsi energi, analisis ketahanan pangan menurut Jonsson and Toole, uji t dan analisis regresi berganda (Ordinary least square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) besarnya rata-rata pangsa pengeluaran pangan adalah 46,70%. (2) Rata-rata tingkat konsumsi energi sebesar 125,85%. (3) Kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga tani adalah rumah tangga tahan pangan sebesar 52,50%, rentan pangan sebesar 22,50%, kurang pangan 7,50%, dan rawan pangan sebesar 17,50%. (4) Faktor yang berpengaruh secara positif terhadap ketahanan pangan rumah tangga tani di Kecamatan Imogiri adalah pendapatan. Sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh secara negatif adalah harga mie dan harga beras.
ABSTRACT FOOD SECURITY OF FARMER HOUSEHOLD IN IMOGIRI DISTRICT BANTUL REGENCY This research is aimed to (1) analyze share of farm food expenditure at farmer household, (2) calculate percentage of energy consumption of farmers household, (3) analyze food security conditions of farmers household and (4) analyze the factors that influence food security of farmer household in Imogiri District Bantul Regency. The primary method for this research is descriptive analysis, while sampling done by using simple random method to get 40 samples of farmer household in Imogiri District Bantul Regency. The data was analyzed by calculating the share of food expenditure, the energy consumption levels, the rate of food security according to the Jonsson and Toole, t-test and multiple regression analysis by Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results showed that (1) the share of farm household food expenditure is 46,70%. (2) Average rate of energy consumption rate is 125.85%. (3) Food security conditions of farmers household is food secure households amounted to 52.50%, 22.50% for food vulnerable, 7.50% for less food, and food insecurity by 17.50%. Factors that positively affected the farmers household food security in Imogiri district are revenue, while the factors that negatively affected food security is the price of noodles and rice.
