INVENTARISASI JAMUR PENYEBAB BUSUK PADA BEBERAPA JENIS BUAH PASCAPANEN

Produk pascapanen merupakan produk yang mudah terinfeksi oleh jamur penyebab penyakit yang dapat menurunkan hasil baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui patogen penyebab busuk yang disebabkan oleh jamur pada beberapa jenis buah-buahan pascapanen kemudian mengkoleksi jamur penyebab busuk tersebut. Penelitian diawali dengan pengambilan sampel buah busuk akibat jamur pada buah yang dipasarkan di wilayah Yogyakarta kemudian diisolasi, diidentifikasi serta diinokulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isolasi dari buah mangga mendapatkan jamur Lasiodiplodia sp. dan Fusarium sp., pada buah belimbing terdapat jamur Pestalotia sp. dan Mucor sp., pada buah sawo terdapat jamur Pestalotia sp., Lasiodiplodia sp dan Monilinia sp. Pada buah avokad diperoleh jamur Pestalotia sp., pada buah apel dan pir terdapat jamur Alternaria sp. Pada buah matoa dan anggur terdapat jamur Aspergillus sp. dan pada buah pepaya diperoleh jamur Colletotrichum sp., Fusarium sp. dan Penicillium sp. Pada jambu biji diperoleh jamur Monilinia sp., pada pisang diperoleh jamur Pestalotia sp. dan Lasiodiplodia sp. dan pada buah tomat diperoleh jamur Collethrothicum sp. Pada nanas diperoleh jamur Fusarium sp., pada buah naga terdapat jamur Aspergillus sp. dan Monilinia sp. serta pada jambu air diperoleh jamur Monilinia sp.

Post-harvest product is a product that is easily infected by disease-causing fungi that can decrase the results both in quality and quantity. This study aims to determine the fungi causing rot caused by fungi in some postharvest fruits and collect them. The study was begun with a sampling of the infected fruit on fruit marketed in the territory of Yogyakarta and then were isolated, identificied and inoculated. The result showed that isolation from mango found Lasiodiplodia sp. and Fusarium sp., in the star fruit fungi there were Pestalotia sp. and Mucor sp., in the sapodilla fruit there were Pestalotia sp., Lasiodiplodia sp. and Monilinia sp. In the avocado was found Pestalotia sp., in the apple and pears were found Alternaria sp. In the matoa and grapes were found Aspergillus sp. and in the papaya fruit was found Colletotrichum sp., Fusarium sp. and Penicillium sp. In the guava there was Monilinia sp., in the banana there were Pestalotia sp. and Lasiodiplodia sp and in tomato there was Collethrothicum sp. In pineapple derived Fusarium sp., in the dragon fruit derived Aspergillus sp. and Monilinia sp. and in guava derived Monilinia sp.
