Tugas Akhir yang berjudul Prosedur Pengendalian Proses Produksi Non Woven Di PT. Hilon Felt Tangerang ini merupakan hasil penelitian magang yang dilakukan selama dua bulan di PT. Hilon Felt Cabang Tangerang, Jakarta. Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan tentang prosedur pengendalian proses produksi non woven dan kendala dalam proses produksi non woven. Prosedur pengendalian proses produksi non woven di PT. Hilon Felt mengatur 3 tahap yaitu tahap sebelum produksi, tahap proses produksi, dan tahap setelah produksi (finishing). Beberapa pengendalian yang terapkan adalah pengecekan surat permintaan konsumen, pengecekan mesin produksi, pembersihan area sekitar mesin, mempersiapkan bahan baku pembuat non woven, uji kualitas produk, dan produk yang sudah dikemas harus diletakkan pada rak produk di gudang penyimpanan sebelum dikirim kepada konsumen. Secara umum beberapa kendala yang terjadi pada mesin, yaitu silinder pada mesin bale breaker macet, mesin tidak dapat digunakan karena listrik padam, dan produk yang sudah dikemas tidak diletakkan di gudang penyimpanan namun diletakkan di sekitar area mesin.

This graduating paper is entitled Non Woven Control Process Production Procedures at PT. Hilon Felt Tangerang. This is a report of the field work carried out for two months at PT. Hilon Felt Tangerang Branch, Jakarta. This report explains the control process of non woven production procedures and problems in non woven process production. Production process controls procedures of non woven at PT. Hilon Felt regulate 3 steps, which are: pre-production, production process, and finishing. The controls are checking consumer demand letter and availability of raw material in the storage, checking production machine, and cleaning area around the machine, preparing the material for non woven, warming up the machine, and machine setting according to the company standard, quality check, thickness and stretch of non woven, metal containment check and packed product must be put in the shelf in the storage room before delivered to the customer. In general, some problems which happened to the machine are bale breakers cylinder got jammed, unable to operate the machine because of black out, and the packed product does not put in the storage room but around the machine.
