Pada tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai alat otomatis berbasis mikrokontroller yang sering digunakan adalah nurse call, dimana nurse call ini akan menyampaikan suatu perintah secara otomatis jika ada orang yang menekan tombol pemanggil. Dan akan menghapus pesan atau perintah yang tertera pada layar LCD setelah selesai ditampilkan., sehingga anggota keluarga pasien tidak perlu lagi keluar untuk memanggil perawat ataupun suster dalam memberikan pertolongan dengan hanya menekan pada tombol yang tersedia pada setiap kamar/ruangan dan alat ini juga akan menghemat tenaga setiap pasien yang dirawat dirumah sakit tersebut. Atas dasar pemikiran diatas, akan dirancang sebuah alat nurse call yang dapat membaca/mengenali kode perintah yang akan ditampilkan pada layar LCD tersebut. Sehingga hanya orang yang menekan tombol 1 saja yang akan mendapatkan pertolongan secepatnya.

This final project discusses the microcontroller based automated tool that is often used is the nurse call, nurse call where it will deliver a command automatically if someone were to press the button the caller. And will remove messages or commands indicated on the LCD screen displayed in completion., So that family members of patients no longer need to come out for the nurse or the nurse in providing help by simply pressing the appropriate button on each room / space and this tool will also save force any patient who is hospitalized. On the basis of the above ideas, a nurse will call designed a tool that can read / recognize the command code to be displayed on the LCD screen. So that only people who are pressing 1 will get help as soon as possible.
