Alat ini merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibuat untuk mempermudah dalam pengecekan volume air di sebuah rumah dari jarak jauh yang menggunakan SMS(Short Message Service) sebagai media penyalur informasi. Informasi yang dikirim berupa jumlah volume yang sudah diubah ke dalam satuan rupiah yang akan dikirim secara berkala oleh alat ini. Dalam pengukuran volume air alat ini dibantu sebuah Water Flow Sensor, kemudian data dari sensor diproses oleh arduino yang telah terprogram. Arduino Uno dilengkapi dengan downloader sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan upload program dari PC ke Arduino Uno. Untuk membuat programnya juga disediakan aplikasi khusus dari produk arduino dengan library dan contoh-contoh program yang lengkap. Selain itu terdapat produk arduino lain yang disediakan berupa modul GSM, modul GPS, modul Ethernet dan lain-lain yang kompatibel dengan arduino Uno. Sehingga memudahkan dalam merangkai sistem yang berbasis produk dari Arduino.

This device is designed to enable the cheking of volume water in a home remotely using SMS(Short Message Service) as a medium to send information about it. Information sent in the form of the amount of volume that have been converted into rupiah, and then this information will be sent periodically(1 month). The volume measurement using water flow sensor, and then the data from sensor will be processed by microcontroler. Arduino Uno is equipped with a downloader which allows users upload a program from PC to Arduino Uno easier. Arduino product also provides a special application to make a program, complete with library and many examples of complete programs. Furthermore, there were others Arduino products which provided in the form of GSM module, GPS module, Ethernet module and another device that compatible with the Arduino Uno.
