SUMBER DAYA PERIKANANIntisari HUBUNGAN PANJANG-BERAT, FAKTOR KONDISI, DAN OTOLIT BETUTU (Oxyeleotris marmorata) DI WADUK SERMO KABUPATEN KULON PROGO Rury Nur Aini Dewi 10/305074/PN/12214 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang-berat, faktor kondisi, dan bentuk otolit betutu di Waduk Sermo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan setiap bulan mulai bulan Desember 2013 hingga Mei 2014. Sampel betutu berjumlah 211 ekor (jantan: 95 ekor dan betina: 116 ekor) ditangkap menggunakan jaring insang dan bubu lipat dasar. Setiap sampel betutu diukur panjang total dan berat tubuh. Pembedahan dilakukan untuk mengamati jenis kelamin dan pengambilan otolit dari 196 ekor betutu. Analisis data meliputi distribusi panjang dan berat, hubungan panjang-berat, faktor kondisi, dan hubungan panjang-diameter otolit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa betutu jantan memiliki panjang total berkisar antara 12,0-38,2 cm dan betina 12,2-44,5 cm. Betutu jantan memiliki berat antara 21,0-704,8 g dan betina 21,1-1593,7 g. Betutu jantan dan betina memiliki tipe pertumbuhan allometrik positif dengan persamaan W=0,0056L3,2894 untuk jantan dan W=0,0051L3,311 untuk betutu betina. Secara umum, kondisi betutu di Waduk Sermo dalam kondisi baik karena lebih dari 50% dari hasil tangkapan memiliki nilai Kn lebih dari 0,95. Faktor kondisi relatif (Kn) betutu jantan berkisar antara 0,787-1,313, sedangkan betina 0,800-1,379. Hubungan panjang-diameter otolit betutu bersifat linear dengan persamaan Y=0,2335+0,0248X (r=0,938). Kata Kunci: hubungan panjang-berat, faktor kondisi, betutu, pertumbuhan allometrik, Waduk Sermo.
Abstract LENGTH-WEIGHT RELATIONSHIP, CONDITION FACTOR, AND OTOLITH OF MARBLE GOBY (Oxyeleotris marmorata) IN SERMO RESERVOIR KULON PROGO REGENCY Rury Nur Aini Dewi 10/305074/PN/12214 The aim of this research were to know the length-weight relationship, condition factor, and otolith shape. Fish samples were collected monthly from December 2013 to May 2014 in Sermo Reservoir. There were 211 individual fish (95 males and 116 females) were collected using gill net and folded trap (bubu). The fish was observed individually for sex determination, then measured its total length, body weight, and otoliths diameter. The data were analyzed to determine the length and weight distribution, length-weight relationship, condition factor and length-otolith diameter relationship. The result showed that total length of the male was ranged 12.0-38.2 cm and female was ranged 12.2-44.5 cm. Weight of the male was ranged 21.0-704.8 g and female was ranged 21.1-1593.7 g. Both of male and female have positive allometric growth with the equation W=0,0056L3,2894 for male and W=0,0051L3,311 for female. More than 50% of fish has Kn value more than 0.95 hence majority fish has good condition. Condition factor was ranged 0.787-1.313 for male and 0.800-1.379 for female. Length-otolith diameter relationship has a linier model with equation of Y=0.234+0.025X (r=0,938). Key words: L-W relationship, condition factor, marble goby, allometric growth, Sermo Reservoir.
