PERBANDINGAN UNJUK KERJA ANTARA TURBIN ANGIN SUMBU VERTIKAL TIPE SAVONIUS SUDU 2 (DUA) DENGAN SUDU 3 (TIGA)

Konsumsi energi meningkat karena peningkatan populasi. Padahal, sumber energi alam saat ini mengalami deplesi. Dari kasus ini, maka perlu mengembangkan energi alternatif yang dihasilkan dari sumber daya alam yang tersedia dalam jumlah besar. Contoh adalah energi angin. Energi angin dapat diproduksi oleh turbin angin vertikal savonius. Turbin angin savonius dipasang dalam rangka turbin maka ditiup oleh kipas. Rotasi turbin angin mentransfer energi untuk sebuah generator listrik oleh sabuk. Akhirnya, energi listrik dapat dihasilkan. Kinerja tertinggi pada jenis savonius turbin angin dengan dua sudu yang menghasilkan output 10.3 volt dan 0,27 ampere, ketika menggunakan turbin dengan tiga sudu hasil tegangan hanya 9,2 volt dan 0,23 ampere, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa angin turbin dua sudu lebih baik daripada turbin angin tiga sudu.

The energy consumption is increase due to the increasing population. Whereas, the source of natural energy today is decrease. From the case, it is need to develop the alternative energy produced from the natural resources that available in a huge number. The example is wind energy. The Wind energy can be produced by performing the savonius vertical wind turbine. Savonius vertical wind turbine is mounted in the frame of the turbine then it is blown by a fan. The wind turbine rotation transfer an energy to an electrical generator by a rubber pulley belt. The final, an electrical energy can be produced. The highest performance of on the type of wind turbine savonius with two blades that result output of 10.3 volts and 0.27 ampere, while using of turbine with three blades the result of voltage and only 9.2 volt and 0.23 ampere, so it can be concluded that wind turbine two blades better than wind turbine three blades
