PENCEGAHAN HYDRAULIC LOW POWER UNIT EXCAVATOR EX 3600-6

Performa unit menentukan produksi karena performa unit dalam kondisi low power maka target produksi tidak akan tercapai. Jika kondisi ini terus terjadi tanpa adanya upaya pencegahan dan perbaikan yang terjadwal, target produksi tidak akan tercapai dan akan menyebabkan kerusakan pada komponen lainnya. Oleh karena itu, pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan mencegah hydraulic low power. Ada beberapa langkah yang digunakan dalam pembahasan ini. Yaitu, menentukan tempat untuk dilakukan pengukuran, cara pengukuran, standar kerja, penyetelan, dan performance test unit. Seluruh pembahasan tersebut harus berdasarkan manual book. Dari hasil studi dapat disimpulakan bahwa hydraulic oil pressure standard pada sistem dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu pilot dan main sirkuit. Pressure rata-rata pada pilot circuit adalah 40 kgf/cm2 dan pressure rata-rata pada main circuit adalah 3000 kgf/cm2. Kegiatan pencegahan harus dilakukan secara rutin agar mengurangi dan mencegah frekuensi downtime unit.

Performance unit determines production because if the performance unit in low power condition, the production target would not be reached. If this condition still happen without any kinds of preventive maintenance and repair program schedule, the target production would not be reached and it will affect the components. Therefore, this study aims to prevent hydraulic low power. There are some steps in conducting this study. They were specify a section to do measurement, manner of measurement, working standart, and setup or adjustment, and performance test unit. Of all them should refer to manual book. From the result of the study, it can be concluded that hydraulic oil pressure standard in the system is divided into the pilot and the main circuit, each of which is 40 kgf/cm2 and 300 kgf/cm2. The measurement and standardization should be done on a regular basis as the importance preventive action to avoid the frequency of downtime
