Program strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia (CCFI) merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan corporate social responsibility PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia. Program penyediaan air bersih berupa pembangunan sistem air bersih ini diwujudkan melalui pembangunan kapasitas masyarakat dan sumber daya berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mendeskripsikan proses implementasi program strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia. (2) Mengidentifikasi motif dasar implementasi program strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor penentu kunci keberhasilan implementasi program strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment PT. Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil analisa penelitian menunjukkan program corporate social responsibility Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia dalam penyediaan air bersih di Desa Sindang Pakuon dilakukan dengan metode pemberdayaan melalui pendekatan non-direktif. Peran komunitas lokal lebih aktif dan terlibat secara langsung sedangkan peran fasilitator hanya sebatas stimulator. Dari hasil intepretasi proses implementasi program dapat dikonseptualisasikan Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia memiliki orientasi motif yang menjunjung ekonomi, legal, dan etika dalam menjalankan program corporate social responsibility bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan secara luas. Sementara faktor-faktor pengaruh keberhasilan implementasi program, pada faktor komunikasi sempat terjadi kesalahpahaman yang disebabkan sisi internal berkenaan perspektif selektif komunitas dan sisi eksternal berkenaan kelengkapan informasi yang disampaikan. Selanjutnya sumber daya finansial, anggaran program juga sempat mengalami kekurangan akibat adanya permintaan diluar dugaan perencanaan program. Sedangkan disposisi implementor termasuk baik dengan ditandai komitmen mereka membangun kapasitas masyarakat. Serta, faktor struktur birokrasi yang juga baik sehingga mendukung implementasi dapat berjalan baik dan mudah.

Strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia (CCFI) program is a form of corporate social responsibility activities of PT. Coca-Cola Indonesia. Clean water programs in the form of construction water supply systems is manifested through community capacity building and sustainable resource. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation process of strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia program. (2) identify the basic motive of strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia program. (3) identify the key determinants of success factor strengthening the community based sanitation, health and sustainable environment PT. Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia implementation program. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Based on the analysis results of the research indicated corporate social responsibility program of Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia in providing of the clean water in the Sindang Pakuon village was conducted by the method of empowerment through a non-directive approach. The role of local communities more actively and directly involved while the facilitator's role merely to the stimulator. Interpretation the results of the program implementation process can be conceptualized Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia has upheld the orientation of economic motives, legal, and ethics in carrying out corporate social responsibility program for the community and the environment at large. While factors influence the successful implementation of the program, the communication factor that ever caused the misunderstanding regarding the perspective of selective internal and external community regarding the completeness of the information presented. Furthermore, in financial resources, budget program had experienced shortages due to unexpected demand program planning. In another side, the disposition of implementor is well and it showed by their commitment to building community capacity. As well, bureaucratic structure factor is also has a good supports to the implementation.
