PERENCANAAN ALAT PENYEKURAN ENGINE TOP OH 4JA1 MENGGUNAKAN QCC

Dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan produktifitas serta kinerja suatu perusahaan diperlukan usaha atau terobosan yang mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas kerja, efisiensi biaya, efisiensi waktu. Proses sekur yang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan memutar klep dengan tangan sehingga prosesnya memakan waktu yang lama. Untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan proses perencanaan digunakan metode pelaksanaan. Dimulai dari menentukan tema masalah yang menjadi kesepakatan kelompok, lalu mengumpulkan dan menyajikan data, menentukan sebabsebab masalah dengan diagram ishikawa. Setelah itu melakukan evaluasi dari hasil perencanaan. Dengan proses pelaksanaan QCC didapat perencanaan alat sekur engine top OH 4JA1, dengan target dapat mempercepat proses sekur 55 menit, profit Rp. 15.800.00 per tahun dan dengan hasil proses sekur yang lebih halus.

In improving the quality and productivity as well as performance of a company or business required a breakthrough that leads to improvement of the quality of work, cost efficiency, and time efficiency. Sekur processes are still using the manual method, is rotate the valve by hand so that process takes a long time. This process uses the method of implementation, to facilitate the planning process. Starting from defining theme issues of group agreement, then collect and present data, determine the causes of problems with the Ishikawa diagram. And the last is an evaluation of the results. With the implementation of QCC obtained planning tool sekur OH 4JA1 top engine, the targets can accelerate the process sekur up to 55 minutes, and can produce the profit up to Rp. 15.800.00 per year and the results are more subtle.
