APLIKASI INVERTER DAN PLC UNTUK GERAK BOLAK-BALIK MOTOR AC TIGA PHASE

Intisari Di era ini , teknologi telah berkembang begitu pesat di semua wilayah di dunia baik dalam industri atau kehidupan sehari-hari. Motor listrik adalah salah satu peralatan industri yang paling banyak digunakan. Motor listrik biasanya digunakan untuk menggerakkan blower , pompa , turbin dan lain-lain. Karena cukup sulit untuk mengatur arah gerak motor listrik,maka digunakanlah inverter untuk mempermudah pengaturan arah gerak motor listrik tanpa mematikan motor terlebih dahulu. Untuk sistem kelistrikan pada inverter digununakanlah PLC. Sistem kontrol kelistrikan dengan menggunakan PLC lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan sistem kontrol kelistrikan dengan menggunakan deretan relay sebagai pengontrol inverter. Kedua alat tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam pengaturan arah gerak motor. Pengaturan arah gerak motor dapat mengurangi waktu produksi.

ABSTRACT In this era, technology has progressed so rapidly in all regions of the world either in industry or daily life. The electrical motor is one of the equipment industry that most widely used. Electrical motors are usually used to play blower, pump, turbine and etc. Because of the difficulty in regulating direction of motion at electrical motor, which was made inverter to get easier in regulating direction of motion at electrical motor without turn off the motor first. For the electrical control system of inverter can be use PLC. PLC control system can be easier than used control relay system to control inverter. Both of these tools can be used to adjust the direction of motion in motor easily. These motion settings can be minimize cycle time in a production.
