UNSUR-UNSUR INTRINSIK CERPEN "HABIBI ASGARU MINNI" DALAM ANTOLOGI CERPEN ULBATUN MIN AS-SAFIH KARYA IHSAN ABDU AL-QUDDUS: ANALISIS STRUKTURAL ROBERT STANTON

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan unsur-unsur intrinsik pada cerpen "Habibi Asgaru Minni" karya Ihsan 'Abdu al-Quddus serta keterkaitan antar unsurnya. Unsur-unsur instrinsik yang dibahas antara lain tema, fakta cerita yang terdiri dari karakter, alur, dan latar, serta sarana cerita yang terdiri dari judul dan sudut pandang, Penelitian ini juga membahas keterkaitan antar unsur tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa tema pada cerpen ini adalah dalam menghadapi kenyataan hidup, seseorang memerlukan idealisme tetapi tidak boleh berlebihan agar tidak menyulitkan hidupnya sendiri. Adapun tokoh pada cerpen ini terbagi menjadi dua, tokoh utama dan tokoh tambahan. Tokoh utama pada cerpen ini adalah Syahirah, sedangkan tokoh tambahannya adalah Salah, suami pertama Syahirah, Fatimah, Bibi, dan tukang emas. Cerpen ini menggunakan alur progresif sehingga mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Latar tempat pada cerpen ini adalah di negara Mesir. Adapun latar waktu dalam cerpen ini tidak dilukiskan secara spesifik karena tidak disebutkan secara jelas. Judul cerpen "Habibi Asgaru Minni" dalam bahasa Indonesia dapat diartikan menjadi Kekasihku lebih muda dariku. Cerita ini menggunakan sudut pandang orang pertama-utama. Unsur-unsur yang membangun dalam cerpen ini saling berkaitan satu sama lain.

This research aims to reveal the intrinsic elements of the short story entitled "Habibi Asgaru Minni" written by Ihsan 'Abdu al-Quddus and the linkages between its elements. The intrinsic elements discussed are the theme, the facts which encompasses character, plot, and setting, as well as the main element of story namely title and point of view. This research was also discusses the relationship between the elements. Based on the analysis demonstrated the main theme of the short story is when facing the reality of life, a person require idealism but not to overdose that would make difficulties to his own life. The figures in the short story are divided into two characters namely the main character and additional characters. The main character is Syahirah, while the additional figure is Salah, the first husband to Syahirah, Fatimah, Syahirah's aunt and the gold seller. This short story used progressive plot which made easy to be understood by the reader. The place setting of the story is in Egypt. The time setting of the story is not specific due to it is not explicitly mentioned. The title of short story "Habibi Asgaru Minni" in Indonesian language can be translated as Kekasihku Lebih Muda Dariku. This story used the first person point of view. The elements that developed this short story related with each other.
