ANALISA KERUSAKAN PADA AUTO LUBRICATION SYSTEM UNIT EXCAVATOR EX 3600-6

Penggunaan alat berat sangat berperan penting dalam proses produksi pertambangan, oleh sebab itu alat berat harus dapat bekerja secara optimal dan penggunaan unit yang sesuai dengan masa pakai unit terutama pada komponennya. Hal ini dapat terwujud dengan adanya perawatan pada unit yang secara berkala dan teratur. Salah satu dari perawatan unit adalah memperhatikan pelumasan yang ada pada unit. Dalam hal ini auto lubrication system berperan penting untuk menjaga kecukupan pelumas agar life time komponen unit sesuai dengan masa pakai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pabrik. Oleh sebab itu perawatan dan perbaikan auto lube system juga menjadi perthatian utama untuk menjaga kerja unit agar tetap optimal. Ada beberapa metode yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data pelangkap dari naskah ini, yaitu dari tinjauan pustaka dan dari observasi lapangan berupa wawancara terhadap mekanik dan observasi pada unit. Dari hasil analisa kerusakan yang sering terjadi pada auto lube system adalah injector dan vent valve yang disebabkan oleh korosi, kotaminasi pada oli hidrolik dan grease, life time komponen, dan pengaruh luar seperti debu dan kondisi area kerja. Oleh sebab itu harus dilakukan maintenance secara bekala pada auto lubrication system secara teratur dan benar.

The heavy equipment is very important in the process of mining production, therefore heavy equipment must be able to work optimally and use appropriate units of life, especially its component. This can be realized by the maintenance on the unit periodically and regularly. One of the treatments concerned on the lubrication of the unit. In this case the auto lubrication system have an important role to maintain adequate lubrication to the life time of the component units in accordance with the life that has been set by the factory. There were some methods in collecting the data to complete this final report,literature review and field observations such as interview some mechanics and observation of the unit. From the result analysis of the damage which often occurs in the auto lube system are injectors and the vent valve were caused by corrosion, contaminated hydraulic oil and grease, component life time and external influences like dust and working area condition. Therefore, maintenance should be done periodically on auto lubrication system regularly and correctly.
