Isu mengenai penanggulangan HIV/AIDS terhadap remaja menjadi perhatian penting karena remaja adalah generasi masa depan bangsa. Maka akan sangat mengkhawatirkan apabila remaja sudah tertular HIV/AIDS. Penderita HIV/AIDS terbanyak adalah pada kelompok usia produktif yaitu 20-29 tahun. Kemungkinan mereka telah tertular HIV pada saat usia remaja itu sangat besar dan baru menyadari setelah keadaan sudah kronis dan berubah positif HIV/AIDS pada usia produktif. Disinyalir permasalahan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia lebih menyerupai fenomena gunung es dimana data jumlah yang terdeteksi hanya sebagian kecil saja yang terlihat di permukaan daripada jumlah yang sesungguhnya. Terdapat peningkatan prevalensi yang menunjukkan semakin mudanya usia rentan tertular HIV/AIDS pada remaja. Kota Yogyakarta mendapat peringkat pertama penemuan jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS di Provinsi Yogyakarta. Pencegahan yang bisa dilakukan adalah memberikan hak kebutuhan informasi remaja mengenai penanggulangan HIV/AIDS. PKBI sebagai LSM satu-satunya yang memiliki program penanggulangan HIV/AIDS untuk remaja yaitu sosialisasi program dance4life. Program yang memiliki tahapan ceramah informasi HIV/AIDS atau tahapan educate kepada siswa sekolah yang termasuk usia kelompok remaja. Program ini telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2012. Penulis meneliti proses sistem komunikasi penyelenggaraan program sosialisasi penanggulangan HIV/AIDS PKBI Kota Yogyakarta. Dance4life adalah salah satu sarana pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi HIV/AIDS bagi remaja. Faktor – faktor atau aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyelenggaraan sistem komunikasi sosialisasi baiknya dibangun dari berbagai komponen. Komponen yang dimaksud adalah komunikator, pesan, media komunikasi dan komunikan selaku sasaran penyampaian informasi pesan sosialisasi tersebut. Dengan memperoleh data melalui wawancara mendalam dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses sistem komunikasi program dance4life PKBI Kota Yogyakarta, pada empat komponen, dua diantaranya yaitu komponen komunikator dan komunikan sudah memenuhi dengan baik. Dua komponen tersisa menemui permasalahan pada beberapa poin indikatornya. Komponen yang dimaksud adalah komponen media dan pesan. PKBI sudah menerapkan pembentukan komunikator yang handal serta tahapan yang komprehensif dengan menerapkan training of trainer. Program dance4life PKBI juga telah mempertimbangkan persepsi, pola pikir dan pengetahuan komunikan dengan memberikan perlakuan yang berbeda pada saat tahapan edukasi. Penggunaan media komunikasi pada sosialisasi juga sudah menggunakan peralatan pendukung berupa proyektor, laptop,cd dan lainnya, serta media sosial. Namun pada komponen media sosial dance4life respon siswa kurang bagus dan sudah tidak aktif, media pendukung seperti penggunaan proyektor juga belum konsisten karena bergantung kondisi sekolah. Permasalahan pada komponen pesan adalah mengenai frekuensi dan ijin dari sekolah. Dari segi frekuensi sosialisasi secara formal terbatas penyelenggaraannya hanya bisa satu kali dan waktu yang diberikan sekolah juga terbatas.

The issue of HIV / AIDS on adolescents is an important concern because adolescents is the future generation of the nation. Then it would be very worrying if adolescents are infected with HIV / AIDS. Number of people with HIV / AIDS are largely among the productive age group of 20-29 years. The chances of them have contracted HIV during adolescence was very big and only realized after chronic state of positive changed and HIV / AIDS in their productive age. Allegedly the problem of HIV / AIDS in Indonesia is more like an iceberg phenomenon in which data on the number of detected only a small fraction are visible on the surface rather than the actual number. There is an increased prevalence indicates the young age susceptible of contracting HIV / AIDS in adolescents. Yogyakarta was ranked first discovery of the number of cases of HIV / AIDS in the province of Yogyakarta. Prevention can be done is to provide the right information needs of adolescents about HIV / AIDS. IPPA as the only NGO which has HIV / AIDS programs for adolescents socialization dance4life. Programs that have information lectures stages of HIV / AIDS or educate stage to the students who are including the adolescents age groups. This program has been implemented since 2012. Writer examines the process of implementation of the communication system socialization program to combat HIV / AIDS IPPA Yogyakarta. Dance4Life is one of the means of fulfilling information needs of HIV / AIDS for adolescents. Factors - factors or aspects that need to be considered in the implementation of good socialization communication system are built from various components. Component in question is the communicator, the message, the media communications and delivery of information for communicants as the target of the message dissemination. By obtaining data through in-depth interviews can be concluded that the process of communication systems dance4life program IPPA Yogyakarta, on four components, two of which are components of the communicator and the communicant has fulfilled with good. The remaining two components are encountered some problems at some point indicator. Component in question is a communication media and the message. IPPA has been implementing a reliable communicator formation as well as a comprehensive stage by applying the training of trainers. IPPA dance4life program has also considered the perception, thinking and knowledge communicant by giving different treatment stages of education at the time. The use of communication media on socialization has also been using assistive devices such as projectors, laptops, and other cd, as well as social media. In the social media component dance4life student response is not good and is not active anymore. Supporting media such as the use of the projector is also dependent condition of school which is not consistent because of that and especially their agreement for implementation of this socialization. Problems with the components of the message is the frequency and permission of the school. In terms of frequency of socialization formally limited its implementation can only be one time and the time given from school is also limited.
