KAJIAN PERKEMBANGAN PARIWISATA GOLDEN SUNRISE SIKUNIR DAN PERANANNYA TERHADAP KONDISI PEREKONOMIAN DI DESA SEMBUNGAN, WONOSOBO

Desa Sembungan memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai objek wisata, salah satunya adalah Bukit Sikunir. Bukit Sikunir menjadi tempat favorit untuk menyaksikan matahari terbit, sehingga bukit ini dikenal dengan Golden Sunrise Sikunir. Pengembangan pariwisata Golden Sunrise Sikunir diharapkan dapat menggeser pola kehidupan masyarakat dari sektor pertanian yang menyebabkan degradasi lahan menuju pariwisata yang ekologis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan pariwisata alam Golden Sunrise Sikunir dan mengkaji peran pariwisata terhadap perekonomian Desa Sembungan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari berbagai instansi pemerintah dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden adalah 34 masyarakat yang bekerja pada sektor pariwisata di Desa Sembungan. Unit usaha pariwisata berupa penyedia pemandu pariwisata, homestay dan pedagang diambil secara sensus sedangkan musisi serta pegawai pariwisata merupakan data homogen, sehingga pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan mempertimbangkan faktor daya dukung fisik pariwisata, daya dukung ekologis pariwisata, Basis Ekonomi, Shift and Share, dan analisis Spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pariwisata Golden Sunrise Sikunir mengalami perkembangan semenjak tahun 2008, terbukti dari peningkatan jumlah pariwisata dan fasilitas pariwisata, seperti homestay, pedagang, jalan serta fasilitas pendukung pariwisata. Akan tetapi perkembangan Pariwisata Bukit Sikunir tidak diikuti oleh kualitas jalan menuju obyek wisata. Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan secara keseluruhan belum melewati ambang batas Physical Carrying Capacity dan Daya Dukung Ekologi. Perkembangan pariwisata Golden Sunrise Sikunir memberikan kontribusi terhadapat makro dan mikroekonomi di Desa Sembungan. Peran Bukit Sikunir terhadap makroekonomi dengan memberi kontribusi terhadapat pendapatan Desa Sembungan sekitar Rp22.918.000,00 atau memberikan kontribusi 5,55% pada pendapatan Asli Desa Sembungan pada tahun 2013. Perhitungan LQ (Location Quotient) menunjukkan bahwa peranan Bukit Sikunir saat ini lebih menonjol daripada peranan pariwisata lain di Kecamatan Kejajar. Peran Bukit Sikunir terhadap Mikroekonomi adalah meningkatkan jumlah unit usaha pariwisata di Desa Sembungan dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat yang bekerja pada sektor pariwisata. Presentase pendapatan sektor pariwisata terbesar terdapat pada unit usaha pedagang yaitu 60,02% dari penghasilan total. Produktivitas Penggunaan lahan secara ekonomi setelah perkembangan pariwisata Golden Sunrise Sikunir lebih besar dari pada produktivitas penggunaan lahan sebelum perkembangan pariwisata.

Sembungan Village has many natural resources that could be utilised for tourism, including Sikunir Hill. Sikunir Hill has become a popular destination for watching sunrise, causing it to become known as Golden Sunrise Sikunir. It is hoped that the development of tourism at Golden Sunrise Sikunir will be able to shift the main livelihood of the community from agriculture that causes land degradation to tourism that is ecological. The aim of this research is to examine the development of tourism at Golden Sunrise Sikunir and assess the role of tourism in contributing to the economy of Sembungan Village. Both secondary data from government institutes, and primary data gathered from interviews using questioners, were used. There were 34 respondents from the community who work in the tourism sector in Sembungan Village. A census was taken of tourism businesses that provide tour guides, homestays and trade, while musicians and employees in the tourism sector formed homogenous data so the sampling was carried out using the method of random sampling. The analysis used in this research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis, taking into account the physical carrying capacity of tourism, carrying capacity of ecological tourism, Economy Base, Shift and Share and Spatial analysis. The results of this research show that Golden Sunrise Sikunir has experienced significant development since 2008, shown by the increased number of tourists visiting the destination and the increased number of tourist facilities, including homestays, trade, roads and other facilities that support tourism. However, the development of Sikunir Hill has not included an improvement in the quality of the road leading to the destination. The number of tourists visiting has not yet surpassed the Physical Carrying Capacity threshold or Ecological Carrying Capacity. The development of tourism at Golden Sunrise Sikunir has contributed to the macro and micro-economic development of Sembungan Village. Sikunir Hill on a macro-economic scale contributed an income of around Rp. 22,918,000 to Sembungan Village in 2013, or 5.55% of the total income of the village. A calculation of LQ (Location Quotient) shows that the role of Sikunir Hill is currently more prominent than the role of other tourist destinations in Kejajar district. The role of Sikunir Hill towards the micro-economy has been to increase the number of tourist orientated businesses in Sembungan Village and increase the earnings of the community that works in the tourism sector. The largest percentage of earnings in the tourism sector comes from trade, which makes up 60.02% of the total income. The land use productivity from the development of tourism at Golden Sunrise Sikunir is greater economically than it was before tourist development.
