APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFI UNTUK PEMETAAN HUTAN RAKYAT BERSERTIFIKAT LEGAL DI DESA SEMOYO KECAMATAN PATUK KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL Oleh : RIRIN NADIA RAHMANINGRUM 11/320593/DGE/00924 INTISARI Hutan merupakan asset alam yang perlu dilestarikan mengingat banyak sekali manfaat yang diperoleh dengan adanya hutan. Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu menjanjikan hasil hutan legal, berlimpah, serta lingkungan yang lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan hutan rakyat yang termasuk dalam sistem verifikasi legalitas Kayu di Desa Semoyo, mendukung kelengkapan data dalam melakukan Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu di Desa Semoyo serta mengetahui luasan hutan rakyat menurut Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terutang dan menurut tutupan lahan di lapangan. Penyadapan informasi untuk mengetahui penggunaan lahan sementara dengan memanfaatkan citra Quickbird dengan interpretasi dan menggunakan metode sensus. Metode sensus juga digunakan pada saat kegiatan survey lapangan. Sensus ini merupakan sensus penggunaan lahan mulai dari blok 1 sampai blok 19. Informasi yang dapat diperoleh melalui sensus adalah jenis penggunaan lahan, pemilik lahan, alamat obyek lahan, serta pecahan persil baru yang mungkin belum ada pada peta sismiop sebelumnya. Hutan rakyat SVLK mempunyai luas 251 Ha atau sekitar 43.56% dari total seluruh area Desa Semoyo yaitu 576.2 Ha dengan jenis pengggunaan lahan berupa pekarangan, tegalan, dan sawah. Cadangan karbon juga meningkat dari 28.89 ton/Ha menjadi 32.82 ton/Ha.

Timber legality verification system promising legal, abundant forest products, as well as environmentally sustainable. This research aims to map the people's forest is included in the system of verification of the legality of the wood in the village of Semoyo, in support of the completeness of the data in the timber legality verification system conducted in the village of Semoyo as well as knowing the people's forest area according to the notice of Tax Payable according to land cover and in the field. Tapping the information to determine land use while utilizing image Quickbird with the interpretation and use of the census method. The census method is also used when the activities of the survey field. This census is census land use ranging from block 1 to 19 blocks. Information that can be obtained through the census is a type of land use, land owners, land objects, as well as address fractions of persil might not yet exist on the map of sismiop before. The forest has an area of SVLK 251 Ha or approximately 43.56% of the total of the entire village of Semoyo that is pengggunaan with the kind of 576.2 Ha of land, Moor, yards and fields. Carbon deposits also increased from 28.89 tons/Ha to 32.82 tons/Ha.
