PEKERJAAN PEMELIHARAAN PERIODIK PADA JALAN TOL PALIMANAN-KANCI TAHUN 2013 PT. JASA MARGA (PERSERO) TBK CABANG PALIKANCI

Kerusakan jalan yang terjadi khususnya pada jalan tol disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain karakteristik bahan penyusun jalan itu sendiri, usia jalan, perilaku terhadap jalan, iklim, tanah dasar, serta proses pengerjaan jalan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang sesuai dengan standart operasional terhadap pengguna jalan tol paliaman – kanci, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk melakukan beberapa pemeliharaan pada jalan tol Palimanan – kanci, khususnya Pemeliharaan Prodik. Laporan ini mengenai pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pemeliharaan Priodik pada Jalan Tol Paliaman – Kanci Tahun 2013 yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan kekuatan struktur jalan tol kembali ke kondisi mantap karena berakhirnya ‘masa pakai’. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemeliharaan periodik ini dilakukan dengan pekerjaan peningkatan mutu jalan seperti Scrapping, Filling, dan Overlay (SFO). Pelaksanaan Scrapping dilakukan menggunakan alat Cold Milling yang berfungsi untuk mengelupas lapis perkerasan aspal lama, sedangkan Filling dan Overlay dilakukan dengan alat Asphalt Finisher untuk menghamparkan aspal baru serta Tandem Roller dan pneumatic Tyred Roller (PTR) yang digunakan untuk membantu proses pemadatan aspal. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan guna kelancaran proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan yaitu perlunya koordinasi yang baik antara pihak – pihak yang terkait dengan pekerjaan, pentingnya pengawasan yang ekstra dalam proses pelaksanaan di lapangan untuk mengurangi angka kelalaian pekerja, serta perlunya pemantauan rutin terhadap penanganan tiap item pekerjaan untuk meminimalisir keterlambatan proyek.

In order to improve the quality of services in accordance with the operational standards for highway users paliaman - Kanci, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk doing some maintenance on the highway palimanan - Kanci, especially prodik Maintenance. This report on the implementation of periodic maintenance work on the Toll Road Paliaman - Kanci Year 2013 which aims to restore the power structure of the toll road back to steady state due to the end of 'life'. Implementation of periodic maintenance work is done with the improving the quality of road work like Scrapping, Filling, and Overlay (SFO). Scrapping the implementation is done using Cold Milling tool that serves to peel layers of old asphalt pavement, while Filling and Asphalt Overlay done with the a tool for laying new asphalt finisher and Tandem Roller and pneumatic Tyred Roller (PTR) is used to assist the process of compacting asphalt. From the observations made we can conclude a few things to consider in order to smooth the process of implementation of the work is the need for better coordination between the parties - parties associated with the work, the importance of extra supervision in the process of implementation in the field to reduce the number of worker negligence, as well as the need for regular monitoring of the each item handling work to minimize project delays.
