Motor induksi adalah salah satu jenis mesin listrik yang banyak digunakan dalam industri. Dalam industri, motor induksi diaplikasikan sebagai salah satu alat penggerak yang digunakan untuk pendukung produksi ataupun pembangkit tenaga listrik, sehingga dibutuhkan perawatan yang maksimal untuk menjaga efisiensi motor induksi tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi motor induksi adalah kerusakan isolasi winding ataupun winding pada motor tersebut. Pada kesempatan magang ini penulis mengerjakan Proyek Akhir berupa studi kasus tentang sebuah motor induksi 3 fasa rotor sangkar tupai dengan daya output 55KW, tegangan 380V delta, dan frekuensi 50 Hz, dimana terdapat kerusakan pada bagian stator. Perbaikan motor induksi tersebut adalah dengan proses lilit ulang stator. Proses ini meliputi pendataan sebelum proses perbaikan, penggantian winding yang terbakar, pendataan setelah proses perbaikan dan pengetesan running motor. Dalam proses perbaikan dilakukan beberapa pengukuran dengan standar Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA).

Induction motor is a kind of electrical machines which are widely used in industry. In industry, Induction motor is applied as one of the driving tool which is used to support the production or power generation, so that maximum care is needed to maintain the efficiency of induction motor is the damage of winding insulation or the motor winding. In this internship the writer was doing final project study about 3-phase motor induction squirrel cage rotor with 50KW power output, 380 Volt delta and a frequency of 50Hz, where the point of damaged in the stator. Step of motor induction reparation are done by rewinding process and. This process includes the record before the repair process, replace the burned winding, record after the repair process and test the motors running. In the process of reparation there are many measurements by using a Electrical apparatus Servise Association (EASA) standard
