Sekarang teknologi sangat berkembang pesat. Salah satunya adalah terciptanya smartphone android, yang mana merupakan jenis dari sebuah handphone dan banyak penggunanya pada era zaman ini. Di android terdapat fasilitas PlayStore yang disitu terdapat banyak aplikasi software yang dapat di download. Salah satunya adalah yaitu Bluetooth Serial Controller. Aplikasi ini menjadi sarana pengendali yang dihubungkan lewat Bluetooth. Hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan peralatan listrik rumah untuk dikendalikan dengan aplikasi tersebut tentunya dengan smartphone android. Selanjutnya juga berbasis mikrokontroller ATmega8 sebagai otak pengendaliannya, lalu Bluetooth HC-06 sebagai sinyal masukan data, dan relay untuk tempat beban yang dikendalikannya. Jadilah nama alat ini Sistem Kendali Peralatan Listrik Rumah dengan Bluetooth Android. Pada alat ini sebagai penerapannya menggunakan 7 jenis beban instalasi. Lima buah berjenis tegangan AC, dua buah berjenis tegangan DC. Serta menggunakan smartphone untuk mengendalikannya lewat sinyal bluetooth.

Nowadays, the technology grows rapidly. One of the technologies is android smartphone which is a kind of mobile phones and widely used by so many people in this era. In android, there is a facility called PlayStore that, inside it, there are a lot of software applications that can be downloaded. One of those applications is Bluetooth Serial Controller. This application is a means of control that are connected via Bluetooth. It can be used in home electrical tools to be controlled using that application, of course by using android smartphone. Furthermore, it is also microcontroller ATmega8 based control as the control core, then Bluetooth HC-06 as the data input signal, and relay as a load place controlled. In this tool as an application installation using 7 types of loads. Five of the type AC voltage, DC voltage type two. As well as using a smartphone to control it via bluetooth signal. So, it is named as Domestic Electrical Equipment Control System using Bluetooth Android. In the implementation of this tool, it uses seven types of equipment loads. Moreover, the volatage of the five types are AC and the rest’s are DC. In this case, it uses smartphone to control it via bluetooth signal.
