Pola Pengembangan Pengelolaan Relasi Kerja Minimarket Koperasi Pesantren

2014 | Skripsi | SosiologiPenelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pola pengembangan relasi Minimarket Koperasi Pesantren Al-Munawwir. Koperasi Pesantren (Kopontren) ini terletak di Desa Krapyak Kulon, Panggungharjo, Bantul, DIY. Dalam hal ini, Koperasi Pesantren sebagai lembaga ekonomi formal yang berbadan hukum mampu bersinergi-mandiri dalam upaya perluasan mitra distribusi pemasaran produk Minimarket untuk kemanfaatan warga Pondok, baik yang menjadi pengurus maupun anggota Koperasi Pesantren. Alasan utama memilih subjek penelitiantentang pengelolaan pengembangan unit usaha Minimarket karena terkait akar sejarah sosial masyarakat Pesantren dan Koperasi sebagai landasan berpikir untuk kemajuan perkembangan unit usaha Minimarket dan kelembagaan Koperasi di berbagai bidang usahanya yang berbasis kemitraan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah(UMKM) & Koperasi mandiri. Proses pengembangan relasi kerja antar aktor (pemasaran) dapat dilihat dalam analisa teori jejaring ekonomi (akses informasi) untuk melihat relasi peran antar aktor di lapangan serta mengamati permasalahan yang timbul di dalamnya secara sosiologis. Proses pola relasi kerja antar aktor digambarkan sebagai proses kemitraan yang berkelanjutan, baik secara eksternal dengan mitra kerja maupun internal dalam pembenahan kepengurusan lembaga Koperasi melalui Rapat Anggota Tahunan(RAT). Di mana disertai pula munculnya faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam distribusi relasi kerja di lapangan. Hal ini dilanjutkan kembali pada proses pengembangan relasi kerja di mana ada hubungan kerja yang positif dan negatif dalam sejarah pengelolaan perkembangan mitra kerja Minimarket di lapangan, yang diperkuat oleh pendekatan dasar organisasi kerja yang memuat peran dan nilai dalam perjanjian mitra kerja tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola interaksi dalam relasi kerja pengembangan Minimarket sebagai proses berkelanjutan yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan dan keuntungan unit usaha, serta nilai kepercayaan sebagai sistem organisasi kerja. Implikasi yang muncul dari relasi kerja dan pola distribusi kerja menunjukkan pentingnya sumber daya manusia(SDM) untuk pengembangan usaha Minimarket.
This study describes the pattern of development of relations Minimarket Pesantren Al-Munawwir. The Cooperative Pesantren (Kopontren) is located in the village of Krapyak Kulon, Panggungharjo, Bantul, Yogyakarta. In this case, cooperative Pesantren as a formal economic institutions are legal entities capable of self-synergy in expanding distribution partners Minimarket product marketing for the benefit of citizens Pesantren, as well both the leaders and members of the Cooperative Pesantren. Main reason for choosing the subject of research on the development of management-related business units Minimarket because the historical roots of social community and cooperation as the cornerstone(founders) Pesantren, has thought to progress the development of the business unit and institutional Cooperative Minimarket in various areas of their business partnership based on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) & Cooperatives independent. The process of developing the working relationships between actors (marketing) can be seen in the analysis of the economic theory of networks (access toinformation) to look at the role of relationships between actors in the field and observe the problems that arise in them sociologically. The process of working relationship pattern between actors described as an ongoing partnership process, both externally and internally with partners in the revamping of the management agencies through the Cooperative Annual Meeting of Members (RAT). Where accompanied the emergence of inhibiting and supporting factors in the distribution of labor relations in the field. This continued in the process of developing working relationships where there is a positive relationship and negative work in the history of management development partners Minimarket in the field, which is amplified by the basic approach of the working organization which includes the role and value of the treaty partners as long time. The results been showed that the patterns of interaction within the working relationship Minimarket development as a continuous process based on the needs and benefits of business units, as well as the confidence value system of the working organization. The implications showing from employment relationships and distribution patterns of work shows the importance of human resources (HR) for the development of Minimarket and beyonds.
