Pembangunan Perumahan Cab.IV pada Proyek Pembangunan HOTEL PATRA JASA dan HOTEL PARK BANDUNG ARIF WIBOWO 09/285879/NT/13294 INTISARI Tower Crane merupakan salah satu alat pengangkat yang sangat penting peranannya dalam proyek konstruksi bangunan. Dalam hal ini Tower Crane mempunyai jenis dan kegunaan sesuai kegunaanya. Dengan fungsi utama memindahkan dan mengangkat bahan material di lingkungan proyek, di era Globalisasi sekarang ini merupakan Alat Pengangkat terbaik, Selain efektif dan efisien dalam peranannya mempercepat dan mendukung Jadwal dan menghemat biaya mobilisasi dan demobilisasi proyek. Dalam perkembangannya Tower Crane sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer untuk mendukung berjalannya proyek. Maka dari itu kita harus pintar pintar menganalisis waktu memasang, membongkar, kecakapan operator Tower Crane. Maka dari itu Waktu dan biaya Pemasangan dan pembongkaran Tower Crane perlu di hitung secara rinci dan dievaluasi karena akan berpotensi besar sekali menunjang progress proyek. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek di Hotel Patra Jasa Bandung dan di Park Hotel mekanisme perusahaan , menggunakan jasa pemborong untuk memasang (merakit) serta membongkar tower Crane. Untuk pembongkaran akan dilakukan pada Tower Crane di Proyek Park Hotel, sedangkan untuk pemasangan akan d ilakukan pada Proyek Patra Jasa. Pemasangan Tower Crane di Proyek Patra Jasa memakan waktu 13,16 jam. Waktu tersebut terlambat dari jadwal yang sudah disepakati dengan rentang waktu 12 jam, Hal tersebut dikarenakan pengiriman bagian bagian tower crane yang terlambat. Sedangkan pada pekerjaan Pembongkaran Tower Crane di Park Hotel memakan waktu 11,26 jam. Waktu tersebut lebih cepat dari waktu yang disepakati. Total biaya Pemasangan dan Pembongkaran Tower Crane sejumlah : Rp. 234.865.000,00. Jumlah ini sudah masuk ketentuan anggaran proyek pengadaan Tower Crane yang dianggarkan biaya Pemasangan dan Pembongkaran Tower Crane Sebesar Rp.250.000.000,00. Sehingga Perusahaan Kontraktor bisa dikatakan tidak merugi. xvii TIME AND COST ANALYSIS INSTALLATION OF TOWER CRANE AND DISASSEMBLY Case Studies Events Internship at PT. In the implementation of the project at Patra Jasa Hotel London at Park Hotel and mechanism of the company, use the services of contractors to install (assemble) and dismantle tower cranes. For demolition will be carried out on Tower Crane in Project Park Hotel, while for the installation will be d ilakukan at Patra Jasa Project. Installation of Tower Crane in Project Patra Jasa takes 13.16 hours. Time is running behind schedule agreed with the span of 12 hours, This is due to the delivery of the tower crane is too late. While the demolition work at the Park Tower Crane takes 11.26 hours. This time is much faster than the time agreed. The total cost of Installation and Dismantling a Tower Crane: Rp. 234,865,000.00. This number is already in the budget provisions of the procurement project budgeted costs Tower Crane Installation and Dismantling Tower Crane Amounting Rp.250.000.000,00. So the company can be said to not lose Contractor.
