Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari faktor yang menjadi penentu perilaku keberlanjutan staf kependidikan Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Staf kependidikan sebagai salah satu faktor yang penentu keberhasilan implementasi kampus yang berkelanjutan, perlu diprediksi faktor-faktor yang menjadi penentu perilaku mereka terhadap keberlanjutan. UGM merupakan salah satu perguruan Tinggi yang mengusung visi keberlanjutan dengan nama educopolis. Penelitian yang dilakukan, sikap dan perilaku dari 100 staf kependidikan UGM di investigasi dengan menggunakan instrumen yang diadaptasi dari Theory of Planned Behaviour(TPB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa construct yang dibuat dari TPB, berupa Konsekuensi, Norma Subyektif, Faktor Situasional dan Kontrol Perilaku bisa efektif untuk menentukan sikap dan perilaku staf UGM terhadap perilaku keberlanjutan.

The purpose of this study is to seek factors that determines the behavior of the sustainability among non-academic staff at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). UGM is one of higher education institution that had sustainability vision, ‘educopolis’. Because, non-academic staff are important contributes to the success of the implementation of a sustainable campus, it is necessary to predict the factors that determines their behavior towards sustainability. Research is conducted at UGM. Attitudes and behavior of 100 non-academic staff were investigated using instruments that adapted from Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). The results showed that the constructs from TPB are consists of consequences of awareness, subjective norms, situational factors, and perceive control can be effective to determine the attitudes and behavior of UGM staff to perform sustainability.
