PENGARUH LIMBAH BIOGAS SAPI TERHADAP SERAPAN HARA MAKRO-MIKRO DAN KADAR PROTEIN – GULA REDUKSI PADA JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays Saccarata sturt)

2014 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu TanahPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:: (i) pengaruh aplikasi limbah biogas sapi terhadap serapan N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, dan kadar protein-gula reduksi pada jagung manis, dan (ii) pengaruh residual dari aplikasi limbah pupuk limbah biogas terhadap pH, DHL, C-organik, KPK, N total, P tersedia, K tersedia, Fe tersedia, Mn tersedia, Zn tersedia dan Cu tersedia tanah. Penelitian diatur dengan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan tiga ulangan dan 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis limbah padat biogas yang terdiri dari 2 aras yaitu 0 ton/ha (P0) dan 5,4 ton/ha (P1). Faktor kedua yaitu dosis limbah cair biogas yang terdiri dari 4 aras yaitu 0 liter/ha (D0), 500 liter/ha (D1), 1000 liter/ha (D2) dan 1500 liter/ha (D3). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila berbeda nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT (α=5%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi limbah padat biogas sapi sebanyak 5,4 ton/ha mampu meningkatkan (i) serapan hara N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu pada biji jagung manis, (i) kadar protein dan gula reduksi jagung manis, dan (iii) nilai pH tanah, kandungan C-organik tanah dan N total tanah. Pemberian limbah cair biogas sapi bali dosis 1000 liter/ha mampu meningkatkan kadar protein biji jagung manis.
Objective of this research to know: (i) the effect of cow biogas waste application on N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu uptake and protein-reducing sugar content on sweet corn, and (ii) residue effect of cow biogas waste to pH, EC, Corganic, CEC, total N, available P, available K, available Fe, available Mn, available Zn and available Cu of soil. The research was arranged Completely Block Randomized Design (CRBD) with 3 replicates of 2 factors combination. The first factor was dose of biogas solid waste consisted 2 levels were 0 ton/ha (P0) and 5,4 ton/ha (P1). The second factor was dose of biogas liquid waste consisted 4 levels, were 0 liter/ha (D0), 500 liter/ha (D1), 1000 liter/ha (D2), 1500 liter/ha (D3). Data were analysed by F test and if there were significant effect then continued by using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (α=5%). Result of this reseach showed that gave biogas solid waste as much 5,4 ton/ha was able to increase (i) N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu uptake of kernels, (ii) protein and reducing sugar content, and (iii) pH, organic C and total N of soil. The biogas liquid waste at dose 1000 liter/ha was able to increase protein content of sweet corn
