PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK MODEL SIMULASI HIDROLOGI UNTUK PENGENDALIAN BANJIR WILAYAH SUNGAI BENGAWAN SOLO HULU

Debit banjir Sungai Bengawan Solo di daerah rawan banjir dipengaruhi oleh debit outflow Waduk Wonogiri dan beberapa sub DAS di sepanjang ruas Sungai Bengawan Solo. Untuk mengantisipasi atau mengurangi kerugian banjir tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem informasi prakiraan karakteristik banjir terutama debit dan ketinggian muka air. Pada penelitian ini telah disusun model simulasi hidrologi untuk pengendalian banjir di wilayah Sungai Bengawan Solo Hulu menggunakan Visual Studio.Net dan Microsoft Access. Perangkat lunak memodelkan dua simulasi hidrologi yaitu transformasi hujan menjadi aliran untuk perhitungan hidrograf banjir dari anak sungai dan penelusuran aliran di Sungai Bengawan Solo menggunakan metode Muskingum. Perangkat lunak dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu proses input data, proses perhitungan hidrograf banjir lateral inflow di beberapa titik kontrol dan proses simulasi penelusuran debit banjir. Diharapkan perangkat lunak ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu sarana pendukung kegiatan mitigasi bencana banjir Sungai Bengawan Solo Hulu.
Flood disaster of Bengawan Solo River resulted losses in infrastructure sectors, agriculture sectors, and residence. The flood discharge influenced by Wonogiri reservoir outflow discharge and several lateral inflow along the Solo River section. To anticipate or reduce flood losses is necessary an information system for characteristic of flood forecasting especially discharge and water level. In this study, have been developed of simulation models for flood control in in the region of Bengawan Solo River Upstream using by Visual Studio.Net and Microsoft Access. The software modeling two simulated hydrological information that is transforming rainfall into streams for calculation of flood hydrograph from watercourse and channel ruting in Bengawan Solo River using by muskingum method. The software consists of three section that is process input data, calculation process flood hydrograph of lateral inflow in several control point, and process simulation flood routing. It is expected that this software can be used a means of supporting flood mitigation activities of Solo River upstream.
