PERANCANGAN MOBILE APPLICATION UNTUK PENANGANAN TINDAK PIDANA PELANGGARAN LALU-LINTAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE RATIONAL UNIFIED PROCESS

Mobile Application dapat digunakan dalam penanganan tindak pidana pelanggaran lalu-lintas untuk mempermudah pendataan dan pelaporan pada proses penanganan yang dilakukan oleh polisi. Dalam proses penanganan tindak pidana pelanggaran lalu-lintas di Polres Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa barat, saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara yang sederhana menggunakan lembaran kertas. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membuat sebuah rancangan Mobile Application yang dapat memberikan layanan dukungan operational otomatisasi penanganan tindak pidana pelanggaran lalu-lintas. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan pendataan, pelaporan dan otomatisasi dalam proses penanganan tindak pidana pelanggaran lalu-lintas. Mobile Application dapat dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP). Aplikasi dapat berjalan pada tipe Smartphone yang memiliki spesifikasi Java dengan tipe MIDP 2.0. Sistem aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengelola pendataan, pelaporan dan otomatisasi penanganan tindak pidana pelanggaran lalu-lintas.

Mobile Application can be used for handling of criminal traffic violations to facilitate data collection and reporting on the process of handling by the police. For a moment the process of handling criminal traffic violations in the West Java Police Kuningan district, is still done in a simple way using a sheet of paper. This study has the objective to create a Mobile Application design that can provide operational support services automation handling criminal traffic violations. This study also aims to address the problem of data collection, reporting and process automation in the handling of criminal traffic violations. This study is also expected to help the process of data collection, reporting and process automation in the handling of criminal traffic violations. Mobile Application can be designed by using the Rational Unified Process (RUP). Applications can run on the type of smartphone that has specifications with type Java MIDP 2.0. Application systems are built to be the solution to the automation of data collection and reporting process is complete.
