ANALISIS PENGARUH PERSEPSI PASIEN TENTANG LAYANAN FARMASI UNIT RAWAT JALAN TERHADAP MINAT BELI OBAT ULANG DI INSTALASI FARMASI RSUD DR. ABDUL RIVAI TANJUNG REDEB KALIMANTAN TIMUR

Peningkatan jumlah lembar resep yang masuk ke instalasi farmasi rumah sakit merupakan indikasi adanya peningkatan profit dan perbaikan mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pasien rawat jalan tentang layanan farmasi di instalasi farmasi rumah sakit dr. Abdul Rivai Tanjung Redeb dan menganalisis pengaruhnya secara parsial juga simultan terhadap minat beli obat ulang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan secara cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas (penampilan instalasi farmasi rumah sakit, kemudahan pelayanan, ketersediaan obat, kecepatan layanan petugas, kompetensi petugas, pemberian informasi obat, keramahan petugas) dan variabel terikat (minat beli obat ulang). Analisis data penelitian meliputi analisis deskriptif untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap masing-masing variabel bebas dan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden secara keseluruhan mempersepsikan layanan farmasi di IFRS dr. Abdul Rivai Tanjung Redeb baik. Responden yang memutuskan akan membeli ulang di IFRS dr. Abdul Rivai Tanjung Redeb mayoritas adalah berminat (73,1%). Hasil regresi berganda variabel bebas menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap minat beli obat ulang karena nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan < 0.05. Dari hasil uji F diperoleh hasil p=0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli obat ulang. Nilai R 2 yang diperoleh sebesar 0,532. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi perubahan minat beli obat ulang yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas adalah sebesar 53,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

The increase of including recipal sheets to the pharmaceutical installation of the hospital are the indications of profital increase existence and better quality services. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception of outpatients related to the pharmaceutical service in the pharmacy installation of dr. Abdul Rival Tanjung Radeb RSUD and analyze its effects partially and simultaneously on the drug repurchasing intention. This research is a survey research conducted cross sectionally using questionnaire. Sample obtaining technique used in this research is purposive sampling.The research variables consist of two variables those are independent variables (the appearance of hospital pharmacy installation, the facility of service, the availability of drugs, the immediacy of employee service, the employee competence, the delivery of drug information, the hospitality of employee) and dependent variable (repurchasing intention). Data analyze used consisted of descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis was chosen to assess every independent variables, and multiple regression analysis was applied to test the effects of independent variables on dependent variable. The results of this research showed that on the whole the respondents perceived the pharmaceutical service in IFRS of dr.Abdul Rival TanjungRadeb RSUD as good. The majority of respondents who decided to repurchase drugs in IFRS of dr. Abdul Rival TanjungRadebRSUD were interested (73,1%). The results of multiple regression of independent variables showed that each of those variables influenced on drug repurchasing interestbecause the significance values resulted < 0.05. From f-test, the value of p was obtained, p = 0,000 < 0,05 indicating that the independent variables simultaneously influenced on drug repurchasing interest. The value of R 2 obtained was 0.532. This indicated that the change variation of drug repurchasing interest that is influenced by the independent variable is equal to 53,2%, while the remaining 46,8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.
