HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (Studi Pegawai Tenaga Kependidikan di Universitas Tadulako)

2014 | Tesis | S2 MAGISTER MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN TINGGIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan organization citizenship behavior pada tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Tadulako. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional. Variabel dependennya adalah organization citizenship behavior. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan organization citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Tadulako Palu. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala Likert yang terdiri atas skala kecerdasan emosional dan organization citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survey dengan melibatkan 50 subyek penelitian yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan uji korelasi didapatkan bahwa nilai korelasi sebesar r=0,610 dengan (p = 0,000 ; p < 0,001). Dengan demikian maka hasil menunjukkan jika terdapat hubungan yan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan organization citizenship behavior. The objective of this research is to identify the correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Organization Citizenship Behavior to administrative staff in Tadulako University. The independent variable in this research is Emotional Intelligence. The dependent variable is organization citizenship behavior. Hypothesis in this research is a positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and organization citizenship behavior. This research was done in Tadulako University Palu. The instrument used in this research were scale Emotional Intelligence and organization citizenship behavior. This is an survey research involving 50 subyek who have been selected using simple random sampling technique. The data was analyzed using product Moment by Karl Pearson. It identifies that hypothesis in this research is proven. The are significant correlation between Emotional Intelligence and organization citizenship behavior r=0,610 (p = 0,000 ; p < 0,001).
