EVALUASI RELASI KOMPETENSI GURU DENGAN KINERJA GURU BERBASIS PRESTASI SISWA ( Kasus : SMK Negeri 2 Sumbawa Besar )

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari peran guru. Kompetensi guru merupakan salah satu ukuran untuk menilai kinerja guru. Guru yang berkompeten akan memiliki kinerja yang baik, sehinggaakan menghasilkan ouput pembelajaran yang baik pula. Kompetensi guru dapat dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional dan sosial. Pada penelitian ini, metode fuzzy Mamdani digunakan untuk menentukan kinerja guru, nilai siswa dan nilai guru sebagai variabel input. Adapun teknik statistik serta aturan asosiasi digunakan untuk mengevaluasi relasi kompetensi guru dengan kinerjanya. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja guru dengan metode fuzzy Mamdani dari 80 sampel kombinasi nilai siswa dan guru, didapatkan 76 sampel menyatakan kinerja guru matematika adalah kompeten. Korelasi kompetensi guru dengan kinerjanya tidak bisa diambil kesimpulan berdasarkan uji statistik karena tidak menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan antara keempat kompetensi. Analisis asosiasi menggunakan algoritme apriori mengungkapkan semua kompetensi guru memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja kecuali kompetensi pedagogik. The success of a learning process is inseparable from the role of the teacher. Teacher competency is one of the measures to assess the teacher performance. Competent teachers with good performance will produce good learning output. Teacher competency can be seen from four aspects, which are of pedagogic, personal, professional and social. In this research, the teacher performance determination is assessed by using fuzzy Mamdani method. Students grade and achievement of teachers evaluation were used an input variable. Statistical technique and association rules were used to evaluate teacher. The teacher relationship between competence with its performance. Eighty samples of the students grade and achievement of teachers evaluation combination were collected. The result showed that 76 samples of mathematic teacher’s performance were competent base on fuzzy Mamdani method. The correlation of teacher competence with its performance could not be concluded based on the results of statistical tests since it is not showed the significant correlation among the fourth competency. Association analysis using the algorithm apriori that all teachers have a relationship with competence but pedagogical performance.
