The Kuznets hypothesis of inverted U-curve dependence of the income inequality on the absolute value of the average income is still unresolved issue despite of the growing number of theoretical and empirical research on this topic. This study analyzed sample consists of data available in the online China State Statistics Bureau (SSB) (2010) for China for which GINI coefficient was measured at least once in the period 2006-2010. There are data panel of 30 provinces and 5 years, 150 samples of GINI coefficient and GDP per capita in China. It is consistent both of which Kuznets hypothesis and Melikhova and ?ížek(2011)’ study in 145 countries. We found that an inverted U - curve based on GINI, and GDP per capita in China. Globalization has integrated the product and financial markets of economies around the world through the driving forces of trade and capital flows cross borders. One of the main debates on globalization is the effect of growing economic integration on income distribution.This study analyze the globalization, as reflected by FDI and foreign trade (openness), has influenced GINI coefficient in China by using method backward regression .
