Prarancangan Pabrik Dimetil Formamid dari Metil Formiat dan Dimetil Amin Kapasitas 75000 Ton/Tahun

Proses pembuatan Dimetilformamid berlangsung pada reaktor alir tangki berpengaduk. Reaksi berlangsung pada fase gas dengan suhu 60 0C dan tekanan 5 atm. Karena reaksi berjalan eksotermis maka digunakan air sebagai pendingin. Kebutuhan akan utilitas meliputi air sebanyak 55.056 m3 / jam diperoleh dari sungai di sekitar Karawang, steam sebanyak 7695.0 Kg/jam yang dibangkitkan oleh boiler, fuel oil sebanyak 721 l/jam dan udara tekan sebanyak 11676.9 kg/jam. Pabrik Dimetilformamid berkapasitas 75.000 ton / tahun ini akan didirikan di Karawang, Jawa Barat dengan areal tanah seluas 30 Ha dan karyawan 200 orang. Investasi modal tetap sebesar $ 13142270.86 + Rp 69182944000, modal kerja $ 576.277.44 + Rp 316172757000, ROI sebelum pajak 39,97 %, dan ROI setelah pajak 23,98 % sedangkan POT sebelum pajak adalah 2,001 tahun dan setelah pajak 2,943 tahun. Break event point 48,90 %, shut down point 32,20 %. Ditinjau dari segi ekonomi dan kebutuhan didirikannya pabrik Dimetilformamid di Indonesia, maka pabrik yang berkapasitas 75.000 ton per tahun ini cukup menarik untuk dikaji ulang untuk didirikan di Indonesia.

Fixed capital investment of $ 13,142,270.86 + Rp 69,182,944,000 , workingcapital of $ 576.277.44 + Rp 316 172 757 000 , ROI before taxes 39.97 % , and 23.98 % ROI after tax while the POT is a 2,001 -year pre-tax and after tax 2,943 years . In terms of the economy and the need for the establishment of Dimetilformamid factory in Indonesia , the plant with a capacity of 75,000 tonnes per year is quite exciting to be reexamined to set up in Indonesia .
