METODE PENGECORAN BETON READY MIX PADA PROYEK PASAR LEGI PARAKAN TEMANGGUNG

Suatu konstruksi bangunan dapat berdiri kokoh dan kuat karena didukung oleh struktur bangunan. Pada umumnya bahan bangunan struktur menggunakan bahan dari campuran beton yang dicor di tempat (cast in situ), karena mempunyai keunggulan seperti mudah dibentuk. Pada Proyek Pasar Legi Parakan ini menggunakan beton siap pakai (ready mix) untuk pengecoran pekerjaan struktur karena jumlah volume beton yang dibutuhkan sangat besar. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengecoran menggunakan truck mixer dengan bahan beton ready mix mutu K-300 dan nilai slump 10±2. Sebelum pengecoran dilakukan pengujian slump untuk mengetahui batas kekentalan beton siap pakai yang berpengaruh pada mutu beton yang dihasilkan. Untuk memperoleh hasil pekerjaan struktur yang sesuai dengan standar, maka mutu beton harus sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan yaitu K-300 dan slump 10±2. Karena pencampuran adukan beton yang dilakukan di batching plant maka ada beberapa keuntungan penggunaan beton siap pakai, antara lain : 1. Mutu campuran beton lebih terkontrol. 2. Pekerjaan di lapangan lebih efisien. 3. Memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjangkau tempat yang sulit untuk dijangkau dan menghemat waktu pekerjaan. 4. Produksi yang efisien. Untuk volume yang besar, pemakaian material menjadi ekonomis.

Since the mixing is done in the concrete batching plant, there are several advantages of using ready mix concrete, among others: 1. The quality of the concrete mix is more controlled. 2. The work in the field more efficiently. 3. It has high mobility in order to reach the unreached and save time jobs. 4. Efficient production. For large volumes, the use of the material becomes economical.
