PROSES KELUAR MASUK BAHAN BAKU PEMBUATAN TAS DI PERUSAHAAN KOREA PADA DIVISI GUDANG PT. KOMITRANDO EMPORIO

Tugasakhiryangberjudul “Proses Keluar Masuk Bahan Baku Pembuatan Tas di Perusahaan Korea pada Divisi Gudang PT. Komitrando Emporio” ini bertujuan menjelaskan proses keluar masuk bahan baku dan penanganan bahan baku pada Divisi Gudang PT. Komitrando Emporio. Melalui Pengamatan yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data dari perusahaan dan wawancara dengan staf perusahaan, diketahui bahwa Proses keluar masuk bahan baku pada divisi gudang PT. Komitrando Emporio terbagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu proses masuk bahan baku, proses penanganan bahan baku, proses keluar bahan baku. Proses masuk bahan baku terbagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu proses penerimaan dokumen, proses pencocokkan data, dan proses penerimaan bahan baku. Proses penanganan meliputi pemeriksaan kuantitas bahan baku pabrik, serta kualitas dan kuantitas aksesoris. Proses keluar bahan baku dilakukan setelah divisi PPIC memberikan jadwal produksi kepada divisi gudang. Dalam proses keluarmasuknya bahan baku pembuatan tas di PT. Komitrando Emporio ditemukan sejumlah kendala. Pertama, jumlah bahan baku yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan yang tercantum pada dokumen pemesanan. Kedua, perubahan jadwal produksi menyebabkan perubahan jenis tas yang dikerjakan juga berubah. Ketiga, Keterlambatan pengiriman dokumen pemesanan dan bahan baku. Untuk kendala tersebut diberikan sejumlah solusi. Pertama, Divisi Gudang dan PPIC harus meningkatkan kerja sama dan koordinasi ketika bahan baku akan dikirimkan. Kedua, PT. Komitrando Emporio dan Pungkook Corporation harus meningkatkan komunikasi dalam hal jadwal produksi agar tidak terjadi keterlambatan atau perubahan jenis barang yang diproduksi. Ketiga, divisi gudang dapat segera melaporkan kekurangan bahan baku dan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak sesuai dengan yang tercantum pada dokumen- dokumen pemesanan kepada divisi PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control). Dengan demikian, divisi PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) dapat segera meminta Pungkook Corporation untuk mengirimkan bahan baku tersebut.

This graduating paper entitled “ The Process of In and Out of Raw Materials in Producing Bags of Warehouse Division at Korean Company PT. KomitrandoEmporio” aims to describe the process of in and out and handling the raw materials at warehouse division of PT. KomitrandoEmporio. Through the research conducted by collecting data and interviewing one of the company staffs discovers that the process of in and out of raw materials at warehouse division of PT. KomitrandoEmporio is divided into three steps; the process of incoming raw materials, the process of handling the raw materials, and the process of outcoming raw materials. Furthermore, the process of incoming raw materials is divided into three steps; the process of receiving the document, data adjustment, and the process of receiving the raw materials itself. The process of handling the raw materials includes examining the quantity of the raw materials and as well as the quality and quantity of the accessories. The last step, the process of outcoming raw materials is proceeded after the PPIC (Production Planing& Inventory Control) division distributes the production schedule to the warehouse division.There are some obstacles in the process of in and out of raw materials in producing bags at warehouse division of PT. KomitrandoEmporio. First, the received amount of raw materials do not match with the amount stated on the order list. Second, the change of the production schedule causes the change of the bag type being produced. The third is the delay of the order list delivery. Some solutions are made to solve those obstacles. Firstly, the warehouse and PPIC (Production Planing& Inventory Control) division should enhance the cooperation and coordination in every raw materials delivery. The next is PT. KomitrandoEmporio and Pungkook Corporation should improve the communication in terms of the production schedule in order to avoid delays or changes in the type of goods produced. Lastly, the warehouse division should report the shortages of raw materials and the amount of it that do not match the amount stated on the order list to the PPIC (Production Planing& Inventory Control) Division. Thus, the PPIC (Production Planing& Inventory Control) division can immediatly ask Pungkook Corporation to deliver the raw materials.
