PERHITUNGAN PRODUKTIVITAS DAN ESTIMASI WAKTU PENGECORAN KOLOM MENGGUNAKAN TOWER CRANE

Analisa produktivitas Tower Crane sangat penting untuk mengetahui kemampuan Tower Crane untuk menghasilkan sesuatu. Tower Crane merupakan faktor penting di dalam proyek-proyek konstruksi bangunan bertingkat dengan skala yang besar dan diharapkan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bangunan dapat tercapai dengan lebih mudah pada waktu yang relatif singkat. Adapun beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas Tower Crane, antara lain kondisi alat, kondisi lapangan, faktor manajemen, kemampuan operator. Di dalam penggunaan Tower Crane sulit menemukan kondisi alat yang 100%. Selalu terdapat penurunan produktivitas alat Tower Crane, dan mengakibatkan bertambahnya durasi pelaksanaan kerja yang berakibat pada efektifitas kerja di dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi bangunan bertingkat. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produktivitas adalah kemampuan untuk menghasilkan sesuatu, yang dapat mempengaruhi waktu dan efektifitas kerja di dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Hasil produktivitas 6,67 ton/jam dan estimasi waktu pengangkatan 0,576 jam.

Analysis of Tower Crane productivity is very important to determine the ability of Tower Crane to produce something. Tower Crane is an important factor in the construction projects rise buildings with large scale implementation of the project and construction is expected to be achieved more easily in a relatively short time . Always there is a decrease in productivity tools Tower Crane, and the resulting increase in the duration of the work that resulted in the execution work effectiveness in the implementation of the multi-storey building construction work. Thus, it can be concluded that productivity is the ability to produce something, which can affect the time and work effectiveness in the execution of the work.
