Penerapan sistem kerja sangat penting demi kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan retail terbesar PT Lotte Mart Wholesale Yogyakarta mempunyai suatu sistem kerja, yaitu sistem kerja siklus. Siklus diterapkan di divisi GMS (General Merchandise) untuk membantu para staff dalam mengelola produk pada toko. Siklus mempunyai beberapa tahap yang harus dikerjakan. Tahap siklus tersebut adalah kebersihan, display (penataan barang), rail card (harga barang), pemeriksaan tanggal kadaluarsa, arrow (arah penunjuk letak barang), numbering (nomor barang) dan stock barang. Ketujuh tahap siklus wajib dikerjakan secara berurutan sehingga dapat memberikan menciptakan lingkungan belanja yang bersih, nyaman dan dapat menarik perhatian para pelanggan untuk berbelanja di PT Lotte Mart Wholesale Yogyakarta.

The application of workiny system is very important for development of company. One of the biggest retail companies, PT Lotte Mart Wholesale Yogyakarta has a working system, it is called Siklus. Siklus is applied on the division of GMS (General Merchandise) to help staffs in arrangement of product in the store. Siklus has some steps which has to be done. Those steps are cleanliness, display (arrangement of goods), checking of expired date, arrow (direction of place of goods), numbering, stock of goods. All of those steps must be done in series, so it can build clean and comfortable area, and it attracts interest of customer to buy in PT Lotte Mart Wholesale Yogyakarta.
