Sejalan dengan perkembangan Property di Indonesia yang kian meningkat, peranan suatu industri konstruksi menjadi sangat penting dalam kemajuan suatu kota, khususnya kawasan Jatinangor. Pembangunan apartement Skyland City Jatinangor Education Park (JEP) hadir ditengah kawasan pendidikan yang dikelilingi oleh beberapa universitas negeri dan swasta ternama. Di antaranya ITB, IPDN, UNPAD, dan IKOPIN. Metode pelaksanaan structure pada proyek pembangunan apartement Skyland City perlu pengawasan yang teliti, demi kelancaran pelaksaanaan, keefektifan, dan mutu yang dihasilkan. Inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk memilih topik pembahasan dalam laporan ini. Topik pembahasan ini menitikberatkan pada metode pelaksanaan structure. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pelaksanaan structure pada proyek apaertement Skyland city. Unsur yang dimaksud adalah: (1) Spesifikasi material mengenai mutu, (2) bekisting mengenai cara pengerjaannya, (3) tulangan mengenai penyimpanan dan cara pengerjaannya, (4) pelaksanaan pengecoran. Laporan tugas akhir ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa yang membahas hal yang sama, pihak yang akan melaksanakan proyek yang sama. Setelah dilakukan pengamatan dalam pelaksanaan diketahui ada beberapa permasalahan yang timbul dan mengakibatkan kurang efisien dalam pekerjaan, yaitu : (1) hambatan faktor alam yaitu hujan, yang mengharuskan para pekerja menghentikan pekerjaannya untuk beberapa saat menunggu hingga hujan reda, (3) bekisting balok pada salah satu sisi bagian pinggir tidak kuat menahan beban beton cair sehingga menyebabkan beton melendut, (4) Cetakan balok yang kurang rapat sehingga meyebabkan air semen campuran ready mix keluar dari cetakan yang nantinya menyebabkan kwalitas beton berkurang Dari pembahasan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan/disarankan : (1) hendaknya selalu diadakan koordinasi antar semua pihak yang terkait dalam pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan agar pekerjaan bisa berjalan dengan lancar, (2) Dalam pelaksanaannya pekerjaan hendaknya dilakukan dengan tepat sesuai dengan perhitungan yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan cara yang tepat agar sedikit mungkin kesalahan yang kita dapatkan dalam pekerjaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara : melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, konsultasi dengan pembimbing lapangan yang terkait pada proyek pembangunan apaertement skyland city, mengadakan wawancara langsung dengan para pekerja, mandor, pihak kontraktor dan konsultan di lokasi proyek. A long with the developments property in Indonesian , the role of a construction services become very important in the progress of a city, especially the area Jatinangor. Skyland City apartment development Jatinangor Education Park (JEP) to exist in the area of education that is surrounded by several well-known public and private universities. Among these ITB, IPDN, UNPAD, and IKOPIN. Method of implementation structure at Skyland City apartment building project needs careful monitoring, for the smoothness of implementation of, effectiveness, and quality product. This prompted the authors to choose a topic of discussion in this report. Topic of this discussion focuses on methods of implementation structure. The purpose of this report is to determine the method of implementation of the project structure apaertement Skyland city. The elements are: (1) Material specifications regarding quality, (2) begesting about the way the process, (3) reinforcement of the deposit and the way the process, (4) the implementation of casting. Final report is expected to be useful for students who are discussing the same thing, which will carry out the same project. After observation in mind there are some implementation issues that arise and result in less efficient at work, namely: (1) barriers to natural factors, namely rain, which requires the workers to stop work for a while to wait until the rain stopped,, (3) the beam begesting one side of the edge does not hold the load of liquid concrete causing the concrete sagged,, (4) Printing beams are less dense that water causes a mixture of ready mix cement out of the mold that will lead to reduced quality of concrete. From the discussion, we can conclude / recommended: (1) should always be held coordination between all parties involved in the work carried out so that the work can proceed smoothly, (2) In the execution of the work should be done properly in accordance with a predetermined calculation and according to the proper way so that the least possible error that we get the job. Data was collected by means of: direct observation to the field, in consultation with the supervising field related to development projects apaertement Skyland city, conduct interviews with workers, foremen, contractors and consultants on the project site.
