EVALUASI FONDASI BORE PILE YANG TIDAK MEMENUHI DAYA DUKUNG RENCANA PADA PROYEK GRAHA INDOLAND

Fondasi berfungsi untuk menahan beban yang bekerja di atasnya , yaitu beban konstruksi atas ke lapisan tanah sebaik mungkin. Dalam perencanaan fondasi harus dilakukan dengan teliti, termasuk mendukung beban maksimum yang terjadi. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi fondasi bore pile yang tidak memenuhi kapasitas daya dukung rencana. Metodologi yang di gunakan untuk menganalisis kapasitas daya dukung tiang yaitu dengan SPT dari tes tanah. Analisis menggunakan metode poulus dan davis ( 1980 ). Dimana hasil hitungan untuk satu titik tiang bore ditambah dengan tiang pancang hydraulic yaitu sebesar 393 ton, dan mampu menahan beban rencana sebesar 300 ton untuk satu titik fondasi. Jadi untuk penambahan daya dukung fondasi perlu adanya perencanaan yang baik dengan memperhitungkan efisiensi waktu, tenaga kerja , dan biaya. Sehingga proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan berjalan dengan baik.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bore pile foundation bearing capacity does not meet the plan. The methodology used to analyze the carrying capacity of the pile is by SPT soil test. Analysis using poulus and davis (1980), where results count for one point bore pole coupled with hydraulic pile is equal to 393 tons, and capable of withstanding a load of 300 tons of plans for a foundation point. So to increase the carrying capacity of the foundation of the need for good planning taking into account the efficiency of time, labor, and expense. So the process of implementation of the work goes well.
