PENDETEKSI SUHU PADA ALAT PEMANAS AIR (HEATER) DENGAN INFORMASI SUARA

Telah dibuat pendeteksi suhu pada alat pemanas air (heater) dengan informasi suara. Pendeteksi suhu ini menggunakan IC LM35 sebagai pendeteksi suhu dan ISD2560 sebagai pemberi informasi suara. Pembuatan pendeteksi suhu ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan penggunaan pemanas air. Pendeteksi suhu ini nanti akan memberikan informasi suara pada suhu tertentu dan akan mematikan pemanas air jika air sudah mendidih. Pendeteksi suhu ini juga telah diatur untuk menyala kembali ketika suhu air lebih rendah dari suhu yang telah ditentukan dalam program yang digunakan untuk mengatur pendeteksi suhu tersebut. Dari hasil percobaan terdapat perbedaan antara penunjuk suhu dengan thermometer yang berkisar antara 0.10° C – 0.36° C, sedangkan untuk informasi suara sudah dapat keluar pada suhu 30° C, 50° C, 80° C dan 87 ° C dan dari hasil percobaan pada saat suhu yang terukur 85° C air sudah mendidih. Sehingga pendeteksi suhu dengan informasi suara diprogram akan mematikan pemanas air pada saat suhu melebihi 85° C, dalam hal ini alat pemanas air akan dimatikan pada saat suhu 87° C.

A temperature detector on water heater has been built with voice information. The temperature detector using IC LM35 as temperature detector and ISD2560 as voice information giver. The making of this temperature detector is to make the using of water heater more easier. This temperature detector will give voice information in certain temperature and will turn off the water heater if the water is boiling. The temperature detector is also been set to start up when the temperature of the water is lower than a predetermined temperature on the program that used to regulate the temperature detector. From the experimental results there is a difference between the temperature display with thermometer ranging from 0.10° C – 0.36° C, whereas for the voice information already be out at a temperatur 30° C, 50° C, 80° C and 87° C and the results of the experiments when the measured temperature 85° C the water is boiling. So that temperature detector with voice information will be programmed to turn off when the temperature is more than 85° C, in this case the water heater will be set to turn off when the temperature is 87° C.
