Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang program Good Morning Youngster di Geronimo FM yang fokus pada isi program Good Morning Youngster. Selain itu, penulis juga membahas tentang pesan yang disampaikan dari setiap isi program Good Morning Youngster dan menganalisis manajemen program berdasarkan teori fungsi manajemen oleh Wayne Mondy. Data-data untuk Tugas Akhir ini dikumpulkan dalam periode Februari 2014 hingga Maret 2014. Ada dua metode data yang digunakan, pengamatan langsung dan wawancara dengan pendiri program Good Morning Youngster dan penyiar. Pengamatan langsung bertujuan untuk mengetahui pesan yang disampaikan oleh program tersebut dan manajemen program dari tanggal 10 Maret 2014 - 14 Maret 2014. Sedangkan wawancara dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi sebanyak mungkin untuk menulis sejarah berdirinya Good Morning Youngster dan isi program dari Good Morning Youngster. Buku-buku dan beberapa artikel dari internet digunakan untuk memperkaya data. Good Morning Youngster memiliki pesan yang disampaikan di setiap isi programnya dan program manajemen yang harus dijalankan tiap harinya untuk memastikan tujuan dari program tersebut tercapai. Penelitian menggunakan analisis teori fungsi manajemen dari Wayne Mondy. Penyiar program Good Morning Youngster memastikan manajemen program yang sudah dibuat dapat berjalan lancar.

This graduating paper explains about Good Morning Youngster program which focuses on the content of Good Morning Youngster. Besides that, the writer also explains about message delivered by the content of Good Morning Youngster and analyzes the management of program according to management function by Wayne Mondy. The data for this graduating paper had been collected since February 2014 to March 2014. There are two research method used here, direct observation and interview with the founder of Good Morning Youngster and the announcers. The direct observation has been done to know the message delivered by the program and the management of program from March 10th, 2014 - March 14th, 2014. Whereas the interview has been done to get the information about the historical background of Good Morning Youngster and the content of the program of Good Morning Youngster. Related books and articles from the internet are used to enrich the data. Good Morning Youngster has message to be delivered in every program and the management of program which has to be run everyday to make sure that the goal of the program is achieved. The research used theory of management function by Wayne. The announcers of Good Morning Youngster program make sure the management of program which has been created can run successfully.
