PIDATO PERTAMA PARK GEUN HYE SEBAGAI PRESIDEN REPUBLIK KOREA SELATAN: SEBUAH KAJIAN PRAGMATIK

Bahasa yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berbeda dengan bahasa yang disampaikan secara resmi di muka umum. Salah satu bahasa secara resmi yaitu pidato. Penelitian ini menganalisis tindak tutur dan gaya bahasa dalam pidato pertama Park Geun Hye sebagai Presiden Republik Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tindak tutur, fungsi tindak tutur, dan adanya penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam pidato bahasa Korea. Analisis jenis-jenis tindak tutur diteliti dengan teori speech acts oleh Searle (1969), fungsi tindak tutur dengan teori George Yule (2006), dan gaya bahasa dengan teori oleh Gorys Keraf (1985). Jenis-jenis tindak tutur yang ditemukan dalam pidato terbagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu tindak tutur lokusi dan tindak tutur ilokusi. Fungsi tindak tutur yang ditemukan adalah fungsi deklarasi, fungsi representatif, fungsi ekspresif, fungsi komisif, dan fungsi direktif. Berdasarkan teori gaya bahasa yang digunakan terdapat repetisi, metafora, dan personifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sebagian besar kalimat dalam pidato memuat jenis tindak tutur lokusi yang berfungsi representatif. Gaya bahasa yang digunakan adalah repetisi. Melalui penelitian ini, para pembelajar bahasa Korea diharapkan dapat mengetahui aspek pragmatik yang digunakan dalam pidato bahasa Korea.

Language which used in daily life is different with the language which usually used formally in public areas. The example of language which used formally is speech. This research is analyzed about speech acts and stylistics which had found in the early speech of Park Geun Hye as a Republic of South Korea’s president. This research purpose is to know the variety kind of president Park Geun Hye’s speech acts, the function of speech acts inside, and is there any kind of stylistics in Park Geun Hye president’s speech. Those materials are analyzed with speech acts theory by Searle (1969), function of speech acts theory by George Yule (2006), and stylistics theory by Gorys Keraf (1985). There are two kinds of president Park Geun Hye’s speech acts in her early speech; locutionary and illocutionary. The function of speech acts which found are declaration, representative, expressive, commisive, and directive function.The use of stylistic theory there are repetition, metaphora, and personification. Based on the result of analysis, most of sentences are classified as locutionary with representative function and using repetition. Through this research, people who study about Korean language will have more understanding in pragmatic aspects which had been seen on Korean speech.
