Setiap proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur gedung, khususnya pengecoran sering terjadi porosi (cor berongga), maka dari itu perlu diperbaiki. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka perlu adanya evaluasi beton pasca pengecoran. Begitu pula dengan proyek Quest Hotel Solo yang sedang dalam tahap pekerjaan struktur. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk menilai hasil pengecoran terhadap standar perencanaan agar mendapatkan kualitas mutu beton sesuai perencanaan. Pada proyek ini mutu beton K-300 dengan nilai slump 12 ± 2 cm. Proses evaluasi tersebut menggunakan metode Non-Conformance Report(NCR), yaitu laporan ketidak-sesuaian karena tidak terpenuhinya persyaratan hasil pengecoran beton. Evaluasi beton dilakukan secara visual, dinilai dari wujud fisik beton pada saat bekisting dibongkar. Berdasarkan evaluasi selama penelitian, hasil pengecoran beton yang sesuai persyaratan atau tidak terdapat cacat, akan dilanjutkan pada pekerjaan selanjutnya. Sedangkan hasil yang tergolong tidak sesuai (NC) seperti keropos, kurang ratanya hasil pengecoran, ngeplin, terdapat kotoran dan lain sebagainya, maka dilaksanakan evaluasi untuk perbaikan. Keropos pada kolom merupakan NC yang sering terjadi pasca pengecoran, sehingga bagian yang keropos harus segera dilakukan penambalan dengan acian semen untuk mendapatkan hasil mutu yang lebih baik.

Similarly, the Quest Hotel Solo project which is under the structure of the work. It aims to assess the results of casting to the planning standards to get quality concrete quality according to plan. In this project used concrete K-300 with slump value of 12 ± 2 cm. The evaluation process uses a method of Non-Conformance Report (NCR), which reports the discrepancies the failure to meet the requirements of casting concrete results. visual concrete evaluation, judged by physical form concrete form work when unloaded. Based on the evaluation during the study, the results of casting concrete which fulfill the requirements or not there is a defect, will be continued on the next job. While the results were classified as non conformance (NC) as porous, less average casting results, there is dirt and so forth, then the evaluation carried out for improvement. NC porous column is a common postcasting, so that part of the loss must be done immediately filling with cement paste to get better quality results.
