ANALISIS PERAN JEJARING SOSIAL (INSTRUMENTAL, EKSPRESIF) TERHADAP PERSEPSI KEADILAN PROSEDURAL LEVEL TIM PADA TIM SWAKELOLA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara peran jejaring sosial (role of social networks) berupa kerapatan jaringan secara instrumental (instrumental network density) dan kerapatan jaringan secara ekspresif (expressive network density) pada persepsi keadilan prosedural level tim (procedural justice climate) di tim swakelola (self-managed teams). Dalam penelitian ini, sampel diambil dari tim swakelola di PT Pertamina kantor pusat Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan bentuk survei, yaitu berupa kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda (multiple regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kedua variabel peran jejaring sosial yaitu kerapatan jaringan secara instrumental dan kerapatan jaringan secara ekspresif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi keadilan prosedural level tim pada tim swakelola PT Pertamina. Pada hasil penelitian juga diketahui bahwa kerapatan jaringan secara instrumental lebih berpengaruh atau lebih tinggi nilai signifikansinya daripada kerapatan jaringan secara ekspresif terhadap persepsi keadilan prosedural level tim di tim swakelola PT Pertamina. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the role of social networks represented by the instrumental network density and the expressive network density on perceptions of procedural justice climates in self-managed teams. In this study, the data samples were taken from the self-managed teams of the head office of PT Pertamina in Jakarta. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using a survey form, which was in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression methods (multiple regressions). The results showed that the two variables representing the role of social networks, namely the instrumental network density and the expressive network density had a significantly positive effect on the perception of procedural justice climates in PT Pertamina’s self-managed teams. This study also showed that the instrumental network density had more effect and higher significance than the expressive network density on the perception of procedural justice climates in PT Pertamina’s self-managed teams.
