Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat pemantau curah hujan, suhu dan kelembaban udara yang hasilnya dapat dilihat melalui media web. Alat ini akan memudahkan orang untuk mengetahui kondisi cuaca di suatu daerah atau tempat yang akan ditujunya secara realtime dari jarak jauh cukup dengan mengakses alamat website yang disediakan. Alat yang sekarang masih berupa prototipe dengan satu buah node diharap kan nanti terdapat banyak node yang terhubung ke webserver, baik menggunakan wired atau wireless. Setelah dilakukan ujicoba Alat ini memiliki Akurasi pembacaan 95% .

This final project goals is to design a tool for monitoring rainfall, temperature and humidity which’s can be viewed through the webpage. This tool will make it easier people to know the weather conditions in other area or place where they headed in real time remotely simply by accessing the website address is provided. Tool is still a prototype with a single node is expected later it contained many nodes are connected to the web server, using either a wired or wireless. After Testing The accuracy is quite good proximate 95%.
