Penulis ingin mengetahui peralihan hak atas tanah karena hibah untuk anak di bawah umur dan bentuk perlindungannya. Sehingga penulis dapat menerapkan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat sekitar yang membutuhkan bantuan hukum di dalam peralihan hak atas tanah karena hibah untuk anak di bawah umur. Tujuan Subyektif dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan merupakan salah satu mata kuliah prasayarat penulis bias mendapatkan gelar Ahli Madya Hukum dari Program Studi Diploma 3 Hukum Sekolah Universitas Gadjah Mada, sedangkan Tujuan Obyektif agar penulis dapat memahami secara kompeherensif, korelasi antara teori dan praktik ilmu hukum, yang akhirnya juga membantu penulis dalam dunia kerja. Manfaat dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan bagi penulis dapat menerapkan secara langsung ilmu pengetahuan untuk mempersiapkan diri baik secara teoritis maupun praktis, dan memperoleh pengalaman dan latihan dalam menghadapi suatu problem dalam pekerjaan sehingga, dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisa masalah secara ilmiah, praktis, dan efisien. Serta peningkatan wawasan untuk berfikir kritis. Dapat mengetahui permasalahan – permasalahan dan cara penyelesaiannya yang timbul dari peralihan ha katas tanah karena hibah untuk anak di bawah umur.Dapat mengetahui permasalahan – permasalahan dan cara penyelesaiannya yang timbul dari peralihan ha katas tanah karena hibah untuk anak di bawah umur.

Author wants to know the transtition of land rights as grants for minors and forms of protection. So i can apply in the lives of the people around who need legal assistance in matters of transfer of land rights as grants for minors.
