ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI DI INDUSTRI EGG ROLL UBI UNGU “SHASA\"

Pengembangan fasilitas produksi di Industri Egg Roll Ubi Ungu ―SHASA‖ dilakukan dengan mengkaji aspek finansial. Analisis kelayakan terhadap finansial dilakukan untuk menentukan kelayakan investasi mesin pencetak egg roll di Industri Egg Roll Ubi Ungu ―SHASA‖. Analisis terhadap kelayakan finansial dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) dan BEP (Break Even Point). Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis finansial investasi mesin pencetak egg roll ini layak untuk di implementasikan di Industri Egg Roll Ubi Ungu ―SHASA‖ dengan hasil NPV (Rp 2.399.066.717,08) IRR (50%) dan BEP (BEP waktu 0,20 bulan: BEP satuan 16.251 kotak egg roll dan BEP rupiahnya Rp 146.246.344) Dari hasil analisis sensitivitas, bahwa investasi mesin pencetak egg roll ini tidak sensitif terhadap kenaikan maupun penurunan pendapatan dari hasil penjualan egg roll.

Based on the analysis of financial investments egg roll making machine is feasible to implement in Industrial Egg Roll Sweet Purple \\"Shasa\\" with the results of the NPV (Rp 2.399.066.717,08) IRR (50%) and BEP (BEP time of 0.20 months: BEP 16 251 units box egg roll and BEP rupiah Rp 146.246.344) From the results of the sensitivity analysis, that the egg roll making machine investment is not sensitive to the increase or decrease in revenue from the sale of the egg roll.
